Unable to control the room temp after changing three rooms. It's an issue.

Staff were helpful and kind

Cons:

we moved to three rooms because we were unable to regulate the heat nor the AC. During the day the room was very warm on one side of the hotel but we could not regulate the AC and hardly slept at night because it was so hot in the room. We moved to the other side and it was too cold during the day be we could not regulate the heat. This is a common problem in China because it's a communist country that regulates everything. BUT to pay Western prices I expect Western conveniences like being able to turn the heat up or down to get the comfort level I prefer.
