Frühstück super lecker und Lage zur Metrostation “Shuicheng” an der Linie 10 mit rund 8-10 Minuten Entfernung ideal. Es gibt bspw. 3 Tagespässe für die Metro direkt an der Station zum Kaufen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und luxeriös sowie 1.5l Wasser sind immer auf dem Zimmer pro Tag.
Check-in ab 14:00 Uhr erst möglich (man könnte ja das Prozedere erledigen und die Zimmernummer erst ab 14:00 Uhr aushändigen), wir haben um 14:15 Uhr mehr als 45 Minuten im Chaos gewartet, eine echte Zumutung, zudem spricht die Hälfte des Personals limitiert oder kein Englisch. Weiter ist der Wellness Bereich in die Jahre gekommen, gerade beim Innenpool sichtbare Schäden um das Becken herum, rostige Liegen und kaputte Rattanmöbel, sehr schade eigentlich. Mit wenig Renovationen könnte man dies beheben, bitte unbedingt machen, wertet das Hotel unnötig ab. Badekappe unbedingt nicht vergessen. SPA bei den Frauen aber sehr sauber und total in Ordnung. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

The bed was comfortable and the location is great; just a few steps away from the metro that takes you to the city centre and the airport. The breakfast is also good.
I was a bit disappointed, as I had stayed in this hotel before and, having booked the same room type this time, I was assigned a much lower-quality room on this occasion. Apparently, I was given a free upgrade the first time I visited, but nobody had informed me. The bathroom of this king room was very old fashioned, and there was no bathtub (contrary to the room description). The hairdryer was also not up to standard.

We found the check-in process very stressful due to misunderstandings about the payment and deposit - which happens, but we found the staff to be rude as we tried to resolve it.
We also have still not received our deposit back after 2 weeks, which seems poor.
The staff was very helpful and courteous.
It was an excellent place .
