We had a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

We loved the room. It was very clean and very comfortable. We also loved the breakfast that was available. There were so many choices and there seemed to be something for eveyone.

Cons:

We didn't like having to use the elevator. It was very shaky and seemed like it could use some repairs. The buttons also wouldn't work sometimes, which was very concerning. It felt like at any moment, we could get stuck in the elevator.

I’m happy with the stay—it’s a nice hotel, but it could use a bit of a modern update.

Close to vicinity where we needed to be following day.

Cons:

Had problems with booking. Was promised by different staff members it would ne taken care of. However had to call again several times when we got home to get it resolved! Need more than one "manager" that has authority to take care of problems.
