Great staff that makes up for the questionable facilities need help.
Pros:

The staff very friendly very attentive toward our needs and everyone from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the room cleaners AWSOME job.

Cons:

Bathroom in our room had water damage and a lot of the tiles where broken and the tub has issues with the floor it was also not grouted questionable on the safety aspect

We thought to splurge on a Hampton Inn. Room was loud. Probably the hotel layout with open entryway/ the poor individual room insulation / the person or staff member walking back & forth right above our heads from 6am -7:30am…
The bathroom was curious. Maybe it flooded at one time? The wallpaper was loose & detached from the floorboards. The floor tiles were uneven & loose. The bathtub floor even creaked when standing for a shower???

It was one of those stays where you wonder, “ Why did we get the shittiest room?” Is it because we booked thru a third party???
Bummer.
We’ve never ever before had a bad stay at a Hampton Inn.

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

Staff was nice and willing to help. We liked that they had grab and go breakfast bags available since we left before breakfast was served.

Cons:

Pillow were not the greatest. we were sad that the hot tub as closed.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations, the breakfast people were very nice. The size of the room was nice overall.

Cons:

Where there was tile, it was cracked and had to be careful where to step.In the restroom above the toilet from the air vents water kept leaking, everytime we used the restroom or went in it was wet. Toilet seat wet, floor wet. That was very uncomfortable. The shower head kept making squealing everytime it turned on.The phone in the inside pool did not work wanting to call for assistance, it was also mentioned to us at check-in that it was a heated pool which it wasn't. Check-in wasn't very pleasing either older lady I believe her name was Ades, made me stand and wait to get checked in for a few minutes (no one in front of me) she was not on the computer or on the phone .When explaining the amenities and ssking for my ID and credit card she was crude.

Best overnight on a long drive
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was the best I have seen. The dining room was clean and inviting. Staff very attentive. The scones were delicious and a nice surprise. They even had almond milk along with regular milk

Cons:

My husband thought the water pressure in shower was not strong enough.
