Hampton does not often disappoint. First bad experience.
Pros:

Location was a plus

Cons:

Tiles in bathroom were loose and moved if stepped on. Dog in next room whined in night, I don't have a dog. Tenant upstairs walked floor and mumbled most of the night, causing the floor to make noises.

There were plusses to our stay and a few minuses. I would stay again if those issues were addressed
Pros:

Happy to be near the interstate, restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

I requested a handicap access room months in advance of my stay. Apparently, so did 5 other people for 1 lone handicap accessible room. For a location that large, I would think there would be multiple rooms. Also, and this seems to be true in many hotels, the toilets are too low. I'm 5"5" tall and I had to drop down, I recently had both knees replaced and that was difficult for me. I was hoping to use the hot tub, but it was not functional.

Very enjoyable, we'll be back.
Pros:

Great place to stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool after being in the car for 16 hours and I really appreciated the fact that they could burn off some pent up energy. Location was great, easy off and back onto I-10. Gas station and McDonalds near by which was a plus. Breakfast selection was great and tasted wonderful. The hotel was able to check us in early, BIG PLUS, and all the staff was very nice. We'll definitely stay again.

Cons:

Furnishings could be updated, but everything was functional. Some spilled coffee on the end table between the beds that must have been missed during cleaning. Other than that, no problems.

Disappointing. This is probably the 6th or 7th time we have stayed here. Diff Hampton next trip
Pros:

Location to our travel plans. Easy on ... easy off from interstate. Albuquerque is right in the middle of our journey

Cons:

Night clerk/manager was not welcoming. She was very unhappy with the reservation service we used .... evidently made checking us in more difficult for her. light over sink in bathroom was inoperative, hole in the wall in bathroom, molding between the tile in bathroom and the carpet in the room was off and laying on the floor under the sink. We left at 5:30 am prior to breakfast service. We took two of the early departure bags. Apple, bagel, water, peanut butter. opened the bagel and it was COVERED in green mold. disgusting

Pool was filthy. Water was brown and has a bad stench. It was ok that the hot jacuzzi was closed for repair. But it was disappointing that the pool was poorly maintained.
