Everything about it was so awesome, definitely would come back again!!
I loved everything
Cama, café da manhã
Everything
Convenience to hwy
Heating unit so noisy couldn't get any sleep. Front desk did absolutely nothing.
Very unhappy with staff and service.
Don't think about the hot tub it doesn't work
The manager was extremely helpful.
The furniture was very worn, falling apart, and massively stained. The wallpaper was falling off the wall. The hot tub was broken. The heater had been left on and the room was stifling.
Nothing
The pool was nasty the hotel stunk and they had network issues that made us check in late
Location was a plus
Tiles in bathroom were loose and moved if stepped on. Dog in next room whined in night, I don't have a dog. Tenant upstairs walked floor and mumbled most of the night, causing the floor to make noises.
Good and clean. Had semi truck parking . Reasonable price
Everything
Close to the job
Happy to be near the interstate, restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Beds were comfy.
I requested a handicap access room months in advance of my stay. Apparently, so did 5 other people for 1 lone handicap accessible room. For a location that large, I would think there would be multiple rooms. Also, and this seems to be true in many hotels, the toilets are too low. I'm 5"5" tall and I had to drop down, I recently had both knees replaced and that was difficult for me. I was hoping to use the hot tub, but it was not functional.
It was very nice.
We had to walk out the front door with our breakfast in order to eat outside with our puppy.
Great place to stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool after being in the car for 16 hours and I really appreciated the fact that they could burn off some pent up energy. Location was great, easy off and back onto I-10. Gas station and McDonalds near by which was a plus. Breakfast selection was great and tasted wonderful. The hotel was able to check us in early, BIG PLUS, and all the staff was very nice. We'll definitely stay again.
Furnishings could be updated, but everything was functional. Some spilled coffee on the end table between the beds that must have been missed during cleaning. Other than that, no problems.
Not as nice as most otherHampton’s we have stayed at
No hot water, and poor heating system
