Unwelcoming and insensitive
Pros:

The young lady on the front desk was very understanding and supportive

Cons:

Poor and insensitive communication. They declined to change my dates and refund, given that the policy indicated free cancellation.

The room I was allocated was next to the elevator/ lift, which made an uncomfortable nfoisy when on use.

The bathroom had an unpleasant foul smell.

The breakfast was very basic, and they refused me to take away since I had an early check out.

Ottima soluzione per chi deve andare in zona fiera o aeroporto Fiumicino
Pros:

Hotel nuovo o ristrutturato da poco, molto bello a differenza di molti altri Ibis in cui sono stata in giro in Europa. Camere molto spaziose, abbastanza silenziose (la mia era vicina all'ascensore), letto molto comodo, forse un po' troppo calda per i miei gusti. Posizione comodissima per chi deve andare in zona Fiera di Roma o aeroporto. Zona tranquilla. Hanno il loro parcheggio gratuito, io ho parcheggiato comunque comodamente in strada di fronte all'entrata. Staff molto giovane e gentile.

Cons:

La colazione era troppo costosa: 12 euro per un buffet un po' scarno (brioches, qualche torta, poco salato e jogurt). Ma si poteva, volendo, prendere qualcosa al bar e pagare meno.

Solo le foto su Booking e il parcheggio

Cons:

Stanza nemmeno dotata del minimo sindacale, senza ciabattine; infatti sono stato costretto ad andare scalzo in casa anche di notte. Clima che funziona solo con la card inserita, quindi card con te = stanza fredda. E quando accesa un rumore forte da non far dormire. Chiedo prenotazione per 3 gg in mezza pensione ma l’ultima sera mi dicono c’e’ da pagare la cena, “quanto?” “28 euro”. Io “ma nn era inclusa?”, risponde “noo ma booking fa solo casini”. Faccio un misero aperitivo: spritz 7 euro. Asciugamani a tratti umidi, forse non cambiati. Alla colazione nonostante avessero visto che aspettassi da mezz’ora alle 6:28 chiedo “quando aprite?”, l’addetta i: 6:28

posizione comoda per fiera ed aeroporto

Cons:

parcheggio, ingresso libero nel seminterrato, ma se non c'è posto, bisogna uscire tutta in retro marcia, inoltre l'ingresso è molto stretto per dei SUV di grandi dimensioni.
Colazione non all'altezza, buona la qualità, ma poca scelta
