TV is terrible
No door to village shuttle
The tv was outdated it was not even a SMART tv and the usb ports in the room didn’t work. I also think the price of the room exceeded the quality of the Hotel

So so. Not as good as last time we were here. You need to have a place for dogs to be walked. Not in front of a window in the eating area. Not impressed to see a dog defecating and then watching it get picked up.
Room cleaning. We had to go to the front desk every day for something. The room was cleaned and the coffee and cups were not replaced. There was a bug on the nightstand (between the 2 beds) and after the room was cleaned. it was still there.
Friendly staff very clean great location
Room rug had a bit of an odor. The door had space between it and the frame, so you could see out into the hallway.
La piscine et le spa (avec la murale du Lac George, c'était très joli). La chambre a été rénovée, c'était très joli ! Le décor était assorti au Lac George, c'était vraiment mignon
La personne qui nous a accueillie semblait porter jugement à mon apparence (j'ai l'air jeune mais quand même, pas au point de me faire dévisager... et même quand je suis revenu acheter un snack au "dépanneur" de l'hôtel) J'ai trouvé l'expérience complexe et malaisante.
De plus, le déjeuner manquait de variété et certains aliments manquaient à 8h00 am (exemple : lait d'amende)
Room availability
Room is not on the best condition. You can hear guests loudly in the next room showering And using toilets. Room not in the best condition for the expensive cost. Linens are thin and not good quality. Someone came in our room and left a note saying they cleaned it; but nothing was done. Bathroom is tiny and shower extremely slippery. You need to stand inside the shower to open the door because the bathroom is so small. Mirror has stains on it.
Need better pillows
Breakfast was excellent. The check-in experience was great and the property location excellent.
A changing room in the indoor pool and gym area would be helpful.
