Pros:

I have stayed there several times this winter. The location is convenient yet quiet, as the long drive provides separation from the main road. The staff is very friendly, rooms clean and atmosphere is comfortable. It appears recently updated and is a gold standard for the Hampton Inn line. 10/10 - would certainly stay here again.

Cons:

Room rug had a bit of an odor. The door had space between it and the frame, so you could see out into the hallway.

The tv was outdated it was not even a SMART tv and the usb ports in the room didn’t work. I also think the price of the room exceeded the quality of the Hotel

Disappointing
Pros:

So so. Not as good as last time we were here. You need to have a place for dogs to be walked. Not in front of a window in the eating area. Not impressed to see a dog defecating and then watching it get picked up.

Cons:

Room cleaning. We had to go to the front desk every day for something. The room was cleaned and the coffee and cups were not replaced. There was a bug on the nightstand (between the 2 beds) and after the room was cleaned. it was still there.
