Horrible
Pros:

Horrible. The room was filthy. The boxspring had pubic hair, dirt and bedbug remnants. I tried to check out and initially was told I never checked in but my card was charged. The manager said a little dust was normal as she had been doing this job for years. I attached a video of “a little dust.” Of the yellowish thing is a bedbug exoskeleton.

Clean and Updated.
Pros:

Very clean and updated. Housekeeping had room fully stocked. Off the main road so quieter from traffic noise. Quick drive to town. Breakfast was great and appreciated. Had beautiful outside area with grills and picnic area. Nice touch with tiled mural of Lake George area in the pool area

Learned from this stay not to use booking or other online
Pros:

Your service booked me into a bad room. It was a handicapped room in a bad location right next to the elevator. Thankfully the staff gave me a better room. The property & staff are fine. Won't use booking com again.

Cons:

The property doesn't get good television service. Doesn't even get the regular Fox channel that broadcasts significant sports events.

Très belle expérience dans ce bel hôtel
Pros:

Le lieu est magnifique l’hôtel est très beau et la chambre très confortable et très grande. La piscine couverte chauffée apporte un plus et avec le jacuzzi c’est vraiment agréable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner avec la vaisselle en carton on se croirait dans une cantine scolaire et les produits sont de moyenne qualité

Friendlies Hampton! Great team vibe
Pros:

Of all the Hamptons I’ve stayed…this one has a very special vibe. Gracious staff at the desk that even sent a note asking if we needed anything. The breakfast was great and the ladies even made waffles for my mom, who’s 85, and didn’t know how to use the machine. I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks everyone you make a great team and it shows!!
