Sicuramente la posizione,e il personale molto gentile, specialmente la signorina Paola.

Cons:

Il fatto che uno debba spendere 15 € per fare colazione, sopratutto a italiani del nord Italia che fanno colazione con cappuccio e brioches.Ho visto un piccolo bar a fianco alla reception se faceste colazioni alternative con caffè o cappuccio e brioches a 5 o 6 euro una famiglia come la nostra composta da 4 persone che ha fatto colazione sulla l'ambra a 17 € secondo me ne avrebbero lasciati volentieri 20 0 24 a voi che per 3 mattine sono 60/70 euro mi sembra che possiate guadagnare e soddisfare il cliente.

Floors and baseboards all damaged from a big leak and you can tell all floors have mold
Beds i can feel the wire on my my ribs
I know you don’t go to barcelona to stay in the room,travelling with 2 kids a good beds means a lot

Good location, really nice staff!

Cons:

The room with the terrace it needs refurbished. Some parts of the wall had mould. The bathroom it was bad as well. The towels were with a bad smell and they were really old. Not a 4 star hotel!

Fantastic location, Spotless , extremely attentive staff. Most importantly, hotel manager, Alicia is very customer focused and assisted with everything we asked for.

Reception staff, Kitchen staff , Porters all very helpful.

Certainly they made our stay pleasant and gave us really spacious Suite as gesture of goodwill upon our request.

Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend Petit Palace to anyone visiting Barcelona.
Pros:

Our stay at Petit Palace in Barcelona was really wonderful. The employees were amazing, especially Mariah, who checked us in and helped us with our luggage. Maria and Alicia also went above and beyond to make sure our daughter, who has severe food allergies, had gluten-free and egg-free options at breakfast, which was served at the hotel. We truly appreciated their care and attention.

We were very impressed with the customer service. We haven’t experienced this level of service at a hotel in years. All of the employees were friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces.

The hotel also has great amenities, a nice restaurant, and a beautiful garden. The apartment side of the building is a little older, but it is very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect as well. As soon as you walk out of the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, and it is located right in the Gothic Quarter.
