Front desk pleasant and helpful. Room cleaning was inconsistent...one day very good and next day small garbage and dirty dishes left. Could be due to our longer stay perhaps??

Cons:

Very disappointed that pool was out of service as this was a key reason for our choice. The fact that this was not mentioned in the advertisement may affect our use of booking.com and we may just call hotels directly to assure information is accurate. Also found directions via GPS into and out of facility were difficult to follow with many detours and u-turns.

Hôtel facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport avec parking gratuit. Personnel très agréable

Cons:

Ma chambre était situé au niveau de la terrasse ou se situent les climatiseurs et ventilateurs; pas terrible pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Chambre propre mais ameublement et environnement usagé. Enfin le petit déjeuner était compris dans le prix de la chambre, sauf qu'il a fallu que je paie la facture du restaurant qui n'étais pas informé.

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and jacuzzi to find out it was closed. They could at list let people know on their booking page. We went out first day and came back to a dirty room . They said we had to request the cleaning

premièrement le déjeuner n’est pas inclus, mais ça porte à confusion sur le site on dirait que c’est inclus..
deuxièmement la piscine et le spa n’étaient pas accessibles du à des travaux, et le réceptionniste nous en n’a pas fait part à notre arrivée, d’ailleurs il nous a absolument rien dit, il a fallu poser nos questions,
finalement 220$ pour une nuit sans déjeuner pas de spa ni piscine et rien d’autre, même pas de micro onde dans la chambre ça revient cher, dernière fois pour nous cet hôtel
quand il n’y a pas toutes les commodité on devrait avoir un mini remboursement au moins
