The furniture iand rug n the restaurant and the hall are due for change
Pros:

location and very courteous staff

Cons:

The weddings are not very clean. The cleaners didn't clean the rooms well. I noticed dust on furniture after supposed cleaning of the room. Pieces of paper or dirt on the floor the previous day remained after cleaning in the morning

Good stopover but beware car parking charges
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and a nice added bonus was the bath, Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, Breakfast was a good selection, Good location for Fosse park

Cons:

Didn't like having to pay for car parking when you're staying at the hotel

Very nice room, but disappointed with check in and need for a deposit which takes days to refund
Pros:

Room was lovely and big, and clean, air con was great, nice big TV. Breakfast was lovely and I ate far too much!

Cons:

Cooler didn't cool, shampoo was empty, it was a deluxe family room with 2 double beds, yet only one robe, one wine glass and a very overly complicated check in process

Nice but wouldn’t return
Pros:

Staff were friendly and it was clean

Cons:

There was lots of confusion regarding payment when checking in. They tried to charge me again but even more money for the duration of my stay even though I had already paid through booking!
