Sarah was amazing, very efficient, friendly, & Knowledgeable very appreciated because she made us welcome and also recognised us due to our many repeated visits
Thankyou Sarah look forward to staying again 👏🏽
We stayed in the run up to Christmas and Sarah was so helpful, friendly and welcoming. She made us feel at home and was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
Returned to the Leicester Marriott once again to host a large meeting with complicated arrangements that were handled with efficiency and professionalism as always by the Marriott team, from Sales through to Event staff. Despite a constant stream of requirements throughout the day, all staff were polite, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure things ran smoothly. Special thanks to Surakshya who managed to coordinate our three groups brilliantly as always.
enjoyed a lovely meal in the market kitchen and was served by Jeevan who gave good recommendations
I had a great experience and particularly enjoyed service given by Jeevan good conversation as well as great drinks service.

Still waiting for the deposit money. For 3 nights I paid 150£. They told me the deposit will be returned in 5 business days. We are in March, still didn’t received it. Thank you!
Beth josh and jeevan, were impeccable in their services.
Good laugh and great vibe.
Location is great for travelling
Bar area too close to the entrance
Staff were very friendly throughout, food at the hotel was nice but very overpriced
Rooms facing inwards have no natural light or a opening window, gets very stuffy, cleaners had also left a lot of empty bottles at the entrance and dirty underwear hung in the bathroom, little shop in the hotel is extortionate do yourselves a favour and pop to Sainsbury’s round the corner
