Stylish Hotel, Comfort Needs Work!
Pros:

What I liked most was how quiet the hotel was at night — we weren’t disturbed at all, which made it easy to rest. The lobby and overall appearance of the hotel also give a very luxurious first impression, and we felt safe during our stay. Parking was straightforward and the Wi-Fi worked well, so the practical side of the stay was smooth.

Cons:

The main issue was the comfort of the bed. It was extremely firm and felt almost like sleeping on a brick, while the pillows were very soft, which made it difficult to get comfortable. This had the biggest impact on the stay.
Cleanliness was generally okay, but there were a couple of hairs on the bed when we arrived, which wasn’t ideal. The room itself also didn’t match the luxury feel of the lobby — it felt quite standard and nothing special. The view didn’t help either, as it was just overlooking a roof.
There was some confusion at check-in because only my last name was asked for, and another booking with the same surname was pulled up. It was resolved quickly once I pointed it out, but it did make the start of the stay feel a bit disorganised.
We also found food and drinks to be very overpriced — nearly £5 for a small bottle of orange juice — which put us off buying anything. Another small frustration was that the fridge in the room wasn’t turned on, so the water we left overnight was still warm in the morning.

Favourite hotel and another fantastic stay!
Pros:

We needed extra water late at night and called down to reception and they brought it up straight away. The service is above and beyond.

The room as usual was fantastic. Large, clean and the most comfortable bed!

Cons:

The only thing to improve would be the check in process. Had a wait a while in the queue and the parking charge has increased

Business Sunday night stay
Pros:

Nice hotel, well appointed and good value

Cons:

Was okay for the price *on a Sunday evening. However, It was empty and the price was lower than usual. Any more and it would have seemed expensive for what it was
