Room was spacious and clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent but I think you’d have to eat a lot to get good value for money from it.
It was all good, I wouldn’t change anything.
Communication with the hotel was clear, informative and friendly, prior to and during my stay. Free slushies and popcorn ? Yes please 😆
A spoon in the room had tea stains on it, the kettle was a quarter full and that I found a dried contact lens in the bedding. Not a deal breaker but was disappointed to see these considering I’d only just entered the room. That aside I was happy with the room, hotel, staff and location.
The room was well-maintained and equipped with comfortable furnishings.
The hotel room included just one packet of water, which is insufficient given the expected guest amenities. I noticed that a small bottle of water was available for purchase at the tack shop for nearly £4, which seems excessive for such a basic item. This pricing highlights a potential mismatch between the services offered and their perceived value, suggesting that guests are only provided with the bare minimum. In addition, bath towels could be improved to slightly larger ones as opposed to the small towels provided.
The room was excellent, we had an upgrade to an executive suite which was very nice and the access to the memebers lounge was a very nice bonus.
N/A
room size and ambience
the TV, fridge, water force in the shower, parking
Location
Nothing to fault
Basically did the job
Food was disappointing and little to no gluten free & dairy free options
The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
The staff at reception and in the Exec lounge were excellent
Bathroom is a little dated
Easy to find and very light and welcoming. The breakfast was good but beware of covers on the food serving dishes.
The bed was so hard we had to pull back the sheet to check if it was wood or a mattress, barely slept and left with back ache.
There was rubbish on the floor in the lift, glass bottles on the floor outside a number of rooms and shards of glass on the floor, which despite showing a member of staff, remained on the carpet throughout our stay.
