Für mich alles so wie erhofft!
Pros:

Sehr unkompliziert, praktisch, sympathischer Empfang, relativ zentral und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ganz nah..
Alles sehr modern und zumindest vom Gefühl her ganz neu!

Cons:

Die Krupp Straße ist eine sehr laute Durchgangsstraße… (ich hatte ein relativ ruhiges Zimmer im untersten Bereich, danke (!)
