Respeto a cancelaciones en tiempo y forma, tanto vía telefónica como en recepcion

El que no respetarán la cancelación ya que había
reservado 5 adultos y un niño, pedí cancelar un adulto vía telefónica, me dijeron que sí, pero nunca enviaron dicha modificación y en la recepción no quisieron cancelar un adulto para quedar 4 adulto y un niño, esto es ganarse el dinero a la mala

Excelente lugar para hospedarse.
Pros:

El estacionamiento, la habitación y la limpieza en general. El precio que se pagó por la habitación es poco con la calidad de servicio que ofrecen. Todo estuvo muy bien y nada falló, pedimos una plancha y la llevaron de inmediato.

Viva la vida! a un lado hay hospitales, universidades, oficinas, auditorio principal de la ciudad.

Por asunto de trabajo solicité se me asignara ha italiano antes de las 3.00 pm y me la entregaron a la 1.30 pm.

Solamente que en la ducha se sale el agua entre el piso y la puerta de vidrio. Lo reporté y al parecer lo atenderán
