Hotel location is perfect.Close to metro and not far from the city center, shops and shopping malls. Calm and clean surrounding area. Rooms are clean. Special thanks to the housekeeping as the cleaning was done regularly and towels were changed every day, the room was neat and tidy. Also the receptionists were very polite and treated us with attention since the room booking considering all my room preferences and until our check-out. All our requests were completed fast and professionally. Thank you for your great job and nice welcome. Would be glad to stay with you in my future visit and recommend you to my friends.

A bit worn out, the AC did not really work
The staff were very kind and one of them advised me to go to a park very beautiful and told me about the history and another one tried to help me with my luggage when the flight company missed it. They were wonderful and the room was very clean

Hotel good for a night
Ero stata in questa struttura nel 2021, dopo 5 anni l’ho trovata molto migliorata, restaurata, le camere sono nuove e confortevoli, molto pulite e il personale è molto professionale e accogliente. La location è perfetta per chi necessita di alloggiare vicino ai maggiori ospedali e ai punti di fermata di tutti i mezzi pubblici.

Cortesia dello staff, posizione, camere pulite.
Colazione: purtroppo la location era un una sala poco luminosa molto anni 70, un po' di rinnovamento/ammodernamento sarebbe utile. Non elevatissima scelta nel mangiare e cornetti all'apparenza non freschissimi.
Ottimo il buffet della colazione, con grande varietà di scelta.
Stanza e bagno grandi, puliti e silenziosi nonostante la vicinanza al pronto soccorso.
Comoda la presenza di un distributore automatico (acqua, snack ecc.) a piano terra per le esigenze last minute.
Davvero apprezzabile la vicinanza al Parco del Valentino.
Un po' complicato il termostato dell'aria condizionata.
Sarebbe stato utile avere qualche gruccia in più nell'armadio - ma è davvero una sottigliezza!
