The way im was checked in at reception.
I have sent arriving time 1500 to 1600, and i have received confirmation about the room is ready! Im arrived before 1700 and the man at reception told me that my room is not ready at 1700 and he can give me another room. Ok.
Rooms should be ready at 1500. Its in the Hotels rulles. And plus I have received confirmation.
But after I recognised there are works going arround on the 1st floor. And now it was looked like he just swaped the rooms with somebody else.
And plus heater did not work, even tried to adjusted to 24°C ,but its anyway turned back to 20°C. So the room was cold for this time of the year!
And after TV didn't work too.
So this was the worse stay at those hotel.
And it was the last time I would like to stay there.
And I hope for the other customers they never try to do the same with swaping your booked rooms!

Hôtel très propre, personnel accueillant, le plus la navette gratuite depuis l’aéroport, supermarché pas loin, arrêt de bus à 5min qui emmène au centre ville en 35-40min

Pros:

Ordine, pulizia e cordialità dello staff. Le stanze sono davvero molto belle. Dista 30/40 minuti dal centro ma ce la fermata proprio la vicino che ti porta direttamente in centro con un bus ogni 10/15 minuti. C’è un supermercato vicino, Lidl

I servizi igienici. Non esiste il bidet, non c’era lo scopettino per il bagno, non c’è una finestra e nemmeno un aspiratore

Habitación muy limpia y cómoda
Pros:

La habitación era amplia, la cama bastante cómoda y estaba limpia todos los días. El personal era muy amable siempre y algunos hablaban español. Nada ruidosa, con televisión, calefacción y dos botellas de agua de bienvenida.

Cons:

Faltaría por decir algo una neverita, quizás.

Sehr gute Lage in der Flughafen Nähe. Die öffentlichen Transportmittel gleich um die Ecke. Kostenfreier Airportshuttle. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Sehr guter Service.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Sehr gut. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, ebenso das Badezimmer. Obwohl in direkter Nähe zum Flughafen und an einer Hauptstraße gelegen sehr ruhig. Gebuchter Parkplatz stand zur Verfügung.
