Pros:

Saw a bear in parking lot. Good location. Able to walk to everything. The fireplace was nice. Good parking.

There was mouse poop on the bed. There was trash left on the balcony. The TV was grainy.

I’d most definitely stay again
Pros:

It was quiet yeh still close to Gatlinburg and straight shot to pigeon forge. Breakfast was great and overlooking the river was amazing

Enjoyed our stay at the Gatlinburg River Inn, we will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The property was right around the corner from everything downtown, but far enough to enjoy the peaceful sound of the river flowing. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was full of options.

Cons:

Honestly nothing bad to say about this hotel!

Wont be staying there again its in pretty bad shape

The Location

It was very dirty in our room, many stains on walls floors etc. the stairs next to our room were closed so we had to walk unnecessarily to the other side and back to that side of the building, there was trash on the hallways… its def not a clean place and unfortunately i wont be staying there again.

Pros:

We loved the view and being able to catch the trolley right out front. There was always a parking spot in the parking area. The rooms were clean and the beds fairly comfortable.

Cons:

We have never stayed in a pet friendly hotel and probably never will again. The room next to us had a dog that continually barked. The 3rd floor hallway Also had a faint smell of dog urine. Only problem with our room was the bathroom was very little.
