Furniture was outdated, the layout to the room was awkward and entry from parking lot, carpet was nasty, not mopped well

Good breakfast

Cons:

Gust service was nonexistent. Food was left in our refrigerator when we got there. Called the front desk and they didn’t answer. Went to them and she was just sitting there on her phone. The balcony door was broken. So we have to put a towel underneath it so it doesn’t no critters will get into our room while we sleep.

Pros:

Close to things to do.

Cons:

Gave us a room that someone was staying in. Had to get my keys activated 3 times to get in the room. The foundation falling apart and metal rods exposed. The website said they had 2 pools but only one. Could not use the hot tub. Only had vending machine for drinks no snacks.

Loved the location. It was so nice to have the river and to be in walking distance to activities we wanted to do.

Cons:

Was very disappointed in the lack of housekeeping. We didn’t expect daily cleaning. Our expectation was that every couple of days switch out towels and trash. We were told a few days into our stay that we had to go get the towels from the lobby and take out our trash. It went from limited services to NO services at all. That part was disappointing.
