Staff were so helpful and accommodating. No question or ask was too much for them. The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. It was clear hotel went above and beyond to make people’s stay as comfortable as possible. Gorgeous pool area and spa too so save some time for that!
Restaurants can be on the pricier side but worth the money in my opinion.

Shangri-La Hotel New Delhi Lounge is one of the best places if you are looking for a peaceful workspace in the city. I booked a suite room, so I received complimentary access to the Horizon Lounge.
The place is very calm and relaxing. There is a beautiful Buddha statue, and they even have a small library where you can sit and read books. The view from the lounge is stunning.
A special mention to the staff—Anjali and Muskan for their excellent hospitality.
We took lounge access and it was truly amazing. The view, the service, and the overall atmosphere were perfect. We had a wonderful time last night and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything was very well managed and comfortable. A special thanks to Dharni from the Horizon Lounge, who made our stay beyond comfortable with her warm hospitality and attentive service. Her kindness and care really stood out. We will surely come back again for such a memorable experience.
