Très bien !
Pros:

L’hôtel est tout à fait conforme aux photos et le cadre est vraiment splendide. Nous y avons passé trois nuits et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La chambre était confortable et le petit-déjeuner, tout simplement exceptionnel !
L’emplacement est également très pratique, à quelques minutes de Connaught Place et d’une station de métro.

Malgré le désagrément matinal (expliqué ci-dessous), nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’endroit et y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Cons:

un matin, nous avons été réveillés assez tôt par de la musique et les commentaires d’un coach qui animait une séance de sport à l’extérieur, dans le cadre d’un événement. Même plusieurs étages au-dessus du jardin, le bruit était particulièrement audible et nous a malheureusement tirés du sommeil. C’est assez regrettable pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Great staff!
Everything in general was perfect.
The room design is very smart.
They really try hard to make it a perfect staying experience. You do also pay for it but compared to other destinations worldwide it is reasonably priced.

Pros:

Beautiful and confortable hotel to stay. The staff is lovely and helpful. With one upgraded room, we enjoyed free services at the Lounge.

Beautiful Lounge
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at the hotel from 30th July to 3rd August 2026. From the moment I checked in, the staff were extremely professional, courteous, and welcoming.

The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of delicious options. Every staff member was cooperative, and I would especially like to thank Assistant Manager Anjali, who was exceptionally polite, kind, and always willing to help.

I also had the opportunity to visit the spa, and it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. The view from the lounge was absolutely amazing and made my stay even more memorable.

If you’re looking for luxury, outstanding service, excellent facilities, amazing food, comfortable beds, and neat and clean rooms, I highly recommend Shangri-La Eros New Delhi. It truly offers world-class hospitality, and I look forward to staying here again.

Our experience at Tamra was wonderful. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of cuisines, and every dish was fresh and beautifully presented. The ambiance and service made every meal truly enjoyable.

The Horizon Lounge was the highlight of our stay, with its relaxing atmosphere, excellent refreshments, and outstanding hospitality. A special thanks to Dharni for her warm, attentive, and genuinely caring service that made us feel at home.
