From the moment I arrived, Muskan was professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive to every detail. She welcomed guests with a warm smile and ensured that everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout their visit. Her knowledge of the lounge services, prompt assistance, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out.

What impressed me the most was her ability to anticipate guests’ needs and handle every request efficiently while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. Smel of drinking water
Woomen staf was unplesen specjali lady at the desk and one lady at the brekfast they sid that they wil send us welkome drinks and newer did wen we tell them and tel them about it they didnt do anythink about it
