Exceptional staff at Shangila Eros
Pros:

This is my 3rd stay at the hotel and very happy with the hotel, the rooms are good and staff is awesome. I come back because of the staff and their exceptional service.

My overall experience at the hotel is awesome. I recommended the hotel to my sister who then booked a Premier room at the hotel

I do want to highlight that I experienced an issuse with Internet connectivity for 2 days and I was unable to do my office work and this was something unacceptable. I hsve booked my hotel for almost 3 weeks in June. I will be further extending my stay by another week in the month of June to July.

Special mentions:

Suhail, Amar at check in desk, always engaging and supportive. Suhail big thanks for attending to my issues for internet connectivity and always being ready to support selflessly.

Service manager Zubair, helped me a lot, right from my checkin and is always ready to support me for any issues (thanks Zubair). I was impressed that you personally resolved my issues by visting my room on the day i arrived.

Mister chai - all the staff is just fab

One recommendation:
My heart goes out to the staff working in 40 plus degrees heat at the porch area and pool. Perhaps provide them with ice creams during summer months

Please provide shade a big umbrella and uv protected jackets to the lifeguard near the pool side to protect them from severe uv radiation.

The breakfast area and staff is good. A special mention to the service manager Devendra Rawat and Anmol at the breakfast time at Tamra. Both of them have been exceptional at rendering their hospitality. Devendra and Anmol, thank you for your attention to details and welcoming vibes.

I love the hotel gym, it is awesome.

Pls convey my gratitude to the mentioned staff and I will visit again all because of their exceptional service. Please feel free to message me if anyone of you are in London, I love to show you my city and take you for a drink at London Shard (Shangrila Group)

The hospitality and the humans are the top of the industry. Standards, and it's been a long time.We have been associated with shangrila.They have been hosting our lot of conferences with the ministry with industry.And we are very happy with all of the staff.The banquad the food and you know the entire team, especially to Banquet Manish Rajput, Manish Madukar, Parveen, Anmol, Prakash and Sudhir. Exceptional services and very welcoming gestures.

Lastly our saviours are food dept. for good food being served to all of our guest Chef Prashant ChefJasvinder and Chef Vivek.
