Podejście do klienta podczas rezerwacji skandaliczne. Ponieważ przyjeżdżałem bardzo rano, zapytałem z wyprzedzeniem o możliwość wykupienia opcji wcześniejszego checkin. Odpowiedź na moją podstawową rezerwację otrzymałem natychmiast ale odpowiedź na pytanie o wcześniejszy checkin otrzymałem z opóźnieniem wtedy kiedy nie mogłem już odwołać rezerwacji. Potem w trakcie korespondencji cena za pokój rosła. W rezultacie za kilka godzin porannych cena była 30% wyższa niż za każdą z następnych dób. I wyższa niż cena na booking. com. Zostałem „naciągnięty” na wyższą cenę bo przez opieszałość hotelu w odpowiedzi na moje pytanie nie mogłem już zmienić rezerwacji podstawowej i nie miałem innego wyjścia jak zaakceptować zawyżoną cenę. Ale kiedy przyjechałem do hotelu o 5:30 rano musiałem dyskutować z recepcjonistą, który nie widział mojej wcześnej rezerwacji. Niezbyt miłe okoliczności po długim locie. A wieczorem kelner dostarczający kolację do pokoju upierał się, że nam mu za nią zapłacić pomimo tego, że rano opłaciłem depozyt. Najpierw przekonałem go, że już zapłaciłem ale wrócił po kilku minutach z tym samym problemem, który musiałem natychmiast rozwiązać. W rezultacie jedzenie było zimne. Ten pierwszy dzień w hotelu spowodował chęć wystawienia opinii w wysokości 1. Na późniejszą trochę wyższą ocenę miały wpływ inne czynniki ale nie były w stanie zrekompensować bardzo złego pierwszego wrażenia. Niby hotel pięciogwiazdkowy ale chęć „naciągnięcia” klienta porównywalna do cwanego rikszarza.

Wonderful staff, immaculately clean and incredible gym.
Pros:

I chose this hotel because of the gym, and it did not disappoint. It is probably the best hotel gym I have ever used. The spa facilities are also wonderful.

Cons:

There was a party, I believe outside of the hotel on the Friday night, the music went on for two hours until midnight.

Amazing 6 night stay.
Pros:

This is a top rate hotel to stay in. All the staff are very attentive and take care of all your needs. It has an amazing spa which we used. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The food in all the restaurants was amazing, never had a bad meal. Overall it is a wonderful hotel to stay at.

5 star experience. Great location
Pros:

Breakfast buffet is unbeatable with so many options as well as fresh eggs and roti/puri available.
Location is great close to markets, city centre, Delhi tourist places. Staff messaging on whatsapp to ensure satisfaction.

Cons:

Expensive but expected as its a 5 star hotel. Noise from night club coming into room.
