After checking out, I realised I had left some valuables in the deposit box in my room. The moment I contacted the hotel, the team responded quickly and took the situation seriously. They immediately secured my belongings, kept me updated throughout the process, and organised the return with care and efficiency.

It was clear that everyone involved treated the situation with integrity and genuine concern. From the front desk to the housekeeping and management team, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly.
