Cons:

Check in process was too long. Receptionist downloaded the HH app for no apparent benefit to me. Had to ask receptionist about breakfast, room, lifts - something that should not be prompted at a place of this class.

A lovely team, well maintained faculty in a very convenient location. The pool area is charming and we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The Spa and Pool area are fabulous.

Cons:

A few things, such as the carpets and a few interior pieces are bit dated. Everything is well maintained, but slightly out of style.

Location was great. Rooms were very nice but very small considering the cost per room was high. Lobby was small and always full of business people, so not ideal to relax anywhere outside your room.
Pool was beautiful but the floor around it was very slippery and my daughter fell and sprained her wrists. Very dangerous.
Restaurant area was fabulous.

Cons:

The staff in general were very incompetent.
They never communicated to one another which was very odd, especially after my daughter's fall. No aftercare provided. I had to fight for someone to acknowledge the slippery grounds of the pool area.
When checking out, I was told I was due £60 in refund. But when I called to chase the money, I was told that wasn't the case. I now need to look into my invoices to see what they have charged me and I think it is definitely over.
