Pros:

The staff was very accommodating when I had a last-minute travel change. The night I got to stay was very restful and the evening cocktails hour had a good selection of drinks and food with a nice view.

Het verblijf was excellent! Al je wensen werden direct vervuld
Pros:

De personeelsleden in alle categorie , zijn allemaal
Zeer vriendelijk … behulpzaam …

Cons:

Pros:

We travelled as a family and everyone really loved the hotel! The Executive rooms were perfect for my children and their families. We had a deluxe room and it was also excellent! We all loved the pool area and made the most of the restaurants - the Italian was our favourite. The breakfast was so good with something for everyone - such a variety!
One afternoon we enjoyed food drinks and snacks at Mr Chai too!

Perfect
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. Everything was just perfect- the welcoming staff, the comfortable beds, and the wonderful breakfast, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The spa and pool were relaxing and enjoyable, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only concern we had was that one of the breakfast items was not correctly labeled for allergens, and unfortunately our daughter, who eats gluten free, ate wheat because of the incorrect labeling.
But there were plenty of other gluten free options for her so the overall experience was not affected.
