Staff are very friendly and provide good service, but Mountainside Lodge is in a state of disrepair. Nearly everything in the Fitness Center is "Out of Order," and both the elevator and hot tub broke down during our stay. Quality of cleaning was also questionable.I found a discarded contact lens wrapper next to the toilet in our room.

Lovely family weekend getaway. Hotel was clean, comfortable, loved the room set up and the kitchenette and sauna were an unexpected bonus! Great location steps from the ski lifts. We ll be back for sure

Great place to stay!
Pros:

We had a great time here! The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed; the wifi was fast and reliable; and the full kitchen was extremely convenient. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Brilliant stay in whistler
Pros:

Fantastic location, close walk to all the shops and restaurants as well as only 2 minutes walk to the slopes and gondolas. The room was clean with lots of amenities. The steam shower was excellent. All staff very friendly.

The only issue we found was that the external lighting was just outside our bedroom window and was very bright until about 3.30am.
