Overall stay was okay.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Nice to have a balcony.

Cons:

We thought we would have a beac view and NOT side view.
The water in both sinks didn't get hot. Also shower continued to drip even when we continued to turn it off.
There should be more seating available in hall, bathroom and bedroom.
Additionally, more light needs to be in the bathroom.

Great location and Spacious room. Beautiful views and nice bartender in pool. I enjoyed the World Cup in the big stream.

Cons:

We found a lot large cockroaches by the pool. The customer service they are not professional by the main desk. Receptionist so means to answers the phone and take care your orders calls.
