Absolutely loved everything about The Atlantic. The rooms, the views, the location…. All top notch! But what stood out the most: the staff.
To say I had a seamless check-in would be an understatement. I had the privilege of being helped by Nikita and Dana and they couldn’t be nicer! They were friendly, professional, informative and even assisted with a slight room adjustment. It was truly a unique and stress free experience for a weekend focused on relaxation and rest.
Needless to say, I’ll be back!
Myself, my husband and another couple had the pleasure of dining at the Wild Thyme restaurant at the Atlantic Hotel and Spa recently. The food and service were excellent. I would love to recommend it to family and friends. I cannot, not because of our dinner that was a five star experience but because of the experience I had in the handicap ladies restroom in the lobby. There were two homeless women in there. I did not feel safe. For this reason I will not be returning
Christian was kind and friendly and provided great service at the Atlantic Hotel.
Booked an upscale suite for the wedding paid for an upscale suite moved us to a junior level room. The place smells the air conditioning doesn’t work change room rooms three times. We are now told the property is sold out. We’re trying to move to another hotel. the place is a disaster. Customer service is a disaster. The person that blocked. The rooms for the wedding isn’t reachable.
Great birthday stay resort is awesome. Poolside with Fernando was great he knew your after the first day. He gave great customer service.
Had a really great time at the Wild Thyme bar with a very fun bartender Alain! He was friendly and influenced the fun had by all the patrons 🙌

We stopped at the bar every night for a night cap. Sometimes with our friends. The bartender is amazing. He makes you feel like family. He had everyone singing.

I recently visited Wild Thyme and had such a great experience. From the moment we walked in, the hostess Nicole was super welcoming and made us feel comfortable right away. She was friendly, organized, and set a really positive tone for the night.
Our server Rafael was also amazing. He was attentive without being overbearing, made great recommendations, and checked on us at the perfect times. You can tell he really cares about giving good service.
Overall, the food was delicious and the service made the experience even better. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice meal with great staff!

Everything! We enjoyed the pool, plenty of sun and shade. Clean pool towels, ordering drinks and food from the bar. Our room was clean and had a perfect view of the ocean. The beach was amazing, two beach chairs and clean towels were provided. On a rainy day we took advantage of the clean maintained gym at the hotel. Nikita, Lois, and Fernando helped make our stay an enjoyable one.
I feel the room needed a full size refrigerator instead of two dorm style ones.

The rooms are a great set up with a separate bedroom and pullout couch in the main room. The small kitchen was handy for having breakfast in the room. They also have good soundproofing, which is definitely needed for the busy road below. The service at the hotel was excellent. Especially Fernando at the pool, he was very attentive, helped people find chairs, offered food and drinks frequently and proactively and was very friendly. Sarah, our bartender and server at the restaurant for Easter Brunch was spectacular. She was super friendly and provided great service, especially for the unlimited mimosas and Bloody Mary’s and you can mix and match. And the front desk people are great also. Especially Natasha, who remembered who we were right after we checked in and for the rest of the stay. You can only get two beach chairs at the beach and sometimes it was hard to get them even though they looked available. The sun disappears at the pool around 4 PM but the beach is super sunny late. They have really nice coffee makers in the room for Lavazza coffee pods and they will give you as many as you need at the front desk. They will also give you full bags of ice. You can tell this is not a chain hotel by the wonderful service provided. Our room was ready around 2:30 PM and we didn’t have to pay extra to get it early. We had to hang out at the pool all day because we came right after getting off of our cruise. They had no problem with us taking up a table and chairs all day on our arrival day and working from there. Highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.
the staff were very helpful, fast service, very kind and caring. Gave us free waters because it was really hot outside. Made sure we had something for lunch. Most of all the staff were very friendly and welcoming and added more comfort to the trip making it more fun!
