Unclear “included breakfast” policy and a stay below our expectations
Pros:

Our room was spacious with a nice view to the ocean and the hotel has a great beachfront location.

Cons:

The lack of maintenance and operational issues significantly affected the experience: one of the two elevators was out of service throughout our entire stay, and housekeeping was inconsistent even when we made the room available for cleaning; on some days the service was skipped entirely or done very late. The most disappointing part was the included breakfast, which turned out to be a daily breakfast credit with conditions that were not clearly explained either during booking or upon arrival, resulting in additional charges of USD 355.95 at check-out and an unhelpful response from the front desk (Nikita) and the property when we tried to resolve the issue.

Excelente apart-hotel frente a la playa
Pros:

La ubicación es espectacular, acceso directo a la playa. Muy cerca esta el hugh taylor birch state park, que puedes acceder en coche o en las bicicletas que el hotel pone a tu disposición.
El personal del Valet Parking es muy amable, especialmente Toni que nos ayudo el día del Check in.

Cons:

En la habitación tenía un jacuzzi, al llenarlo de agua, el agua tenia un color extraño. El servicio de Valet Parking es un poco caro, 55 usd por día.

perfect all round
Pros:

The room was lovely and very spacious. We had a very nice view and the staff were very helpful and friendly with our queries. The location was perfect and it wasn't right in the middle of it all but still all relatively within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Just take a bike from the lobby if you don't feel like walking much, it was perfect.

There wasn't really anything to report so all n/a.
