Personnel accueil trop peu nombreux.
Cons:

VERY BAD EXPERIANCE.
Pros:

In General, we Paid much more than our expectations. NO Amenities, No Bathrobes, no slippers, housekeeping every 2 days!!!!!!! breakfast is very Poor!!!! bed is not comfortable at all, duvet very small! Pillows Very Light!!!!

Didn’t care about the guest
Pros:

Stayed here before and loved the location across from Skyline mall. However, with the closure of the hotel on 15 February, I recognized just how guest unfriendly they are. They cancelled the last day of my stay because of the closure and didn’t bother to help find other Accor accommodations. At a stay I had at a different Accor hotel, they had elevator problems, so they booked me in a sister hotel at the same rate. When Mövenpick cancelled my reservation, I had to search for another hotel that was slightly more expensive and a lower quality because they didn’t provide much notice of the cancelled stay.

For the end of my stay, I asked for and was given a late checkout of an additional hour (13:00 instead of 12:00). I didn’t want to be wandering around for 3 hours between checkout time and check-in at the new hotel, especially on a Sunday when everything was closed.

Right before noon, the official checkout time, I get a knock at the door that I had to leave and would not be given a late checkout. Their attitude was “who cares about you the guest. Find and pay more for your new room and who cares that you have to wander around for 3 hours before you can check into your new hotel.”

Die gute Lage lassen sie sich mit den Übernachtungspreisen vergolden.
Durchschnittliche Zimmer zu First Class Preisen.
Lieber ein Hotel 5 Km entfernt, und alles mit dem Taxi fahren - da ist noch richtig was gespart.
