A great find.
Pros:

My room was extremely clean and serviced every day. The room was warm and the shower worked great. I was in Room 13 and loved the wallpaper, it is directly out of "Blame it on Rio" with Michael Caine (and not a lot of people know that) watch the film and you will see the wallpaper in the villa that they rent in Rio. There was a nice looking beer and barbecue area that I bet is great during the summer. If I'm in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Would definitely stay again . Excellent venue spoilt by key decoration neglect .
Pros:

Excellent location. First class room. Easy parking.Friendly staff. Excellent food . Very reasonable prices.

Cons:

Tatty decoration in bar area. Paint seriously needed on all access doors . Sweet machine needs removal. Good Quality decoration in Restaurant area spoilt by approach. V poor WiFi and phone reception in room.

Adequate for us as only one night. carvery good and staff very helpful.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast.
Location good.

Cons:

Room was a bit small. Lighting for doing makeup and mirror inadequate (my wife says) .
Couldn't get WiFi in room only in pub.

Pros:

Lovely hotel with a very nicely decorated room. Big bed, tea and coffee and smart TV. Nice breakfast, but just be aware it is extra, not included in the room price.

Fantastic value for money with a lively restaurant and bar area...Would recommend!!
Pros:

We had Dinner on the night we arrived and the food quality and quantity were exceptional!

Bed was most comfortable and location /parking was great.

Very close to Beccles which is a great town with plenty of things to see and do.

Cons:

Only criticism we could find would be that the bathroom could do with more shelving to put toiletries etc on, The large bowl sink had no space left on the vanity unit and the shower did not have any shelf to place shampoo and razor.

A bath mat would have been welcome as the highly glazed floor tiles were very slippery!

A couple more plug points to charge phones/ hairdryers etc without having to unplug TV and Fridge plugs would be welcome in the room itself?

Pros:

They are good rooms with a bathroom. Very handy for me visiting friends.

Cons:

They are clean and tidy. Could do with more sockets. But otherwise very good
