The lovely room was very nicely decorated, and the attention to detail was beautiful. Very comfortable. Nice to have water and tea/ coffee facilities.
Good location for Beccles. We didn't eat here as a busy weekend out and about. We had a drink in the bar which was nice.

great 3 night stay
Pros:

the room was very clean. welcome tray even had decaff coffee. little fridge for milk and water. the bed was very comfortable. we booked sunday dinner carvery and it was amazing best carvery we have ever had.

Pros:

Mackenzie booked us in on Thursday, the room was a bit small for us, (would have been ok for 1 night) so we asked if there was any others as we were staying 3 nights. Straight away Mackenzie gave me the keys to room 15 which was perfect. Not only that she rearranged our dinner reservation as the bus was not on time, we preordered and our food was ready within 5 minutes of arriving back to the Swan.
Every meal was lovely and Sarah was very welcoming.
Big thank you yo Mackenzie for going the extra mile to make us very welcome
