Pros:

We had a comfortable room, and it was quiet and peaceful at night. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, and there was plenty of parking space. We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant, and breakfast.

A pleasent surprise short stay.

Convenient one night stay
Pros:

Convenient location, (we needed to be in Beccles the following morning) good size car park. The room was comfortable. Friendly staff, check in and out was easy. We would stay again if in the area.

Cons:

Karaoke in the pub was a bit noisy as they had the doors open, plus woken up by people arguing, shouting and swearing right outside our room later that night. This wouldn’t put me off staying again, it’s just one of those things

Easy to find, welcoming, dog friendly, great breakfast (accommodating for fussy eater!)
Separate entrances to each room straight out into the beer garden

In the shower the hot water pipe was extremely hot, dangerously so for little people,
