The staff were very welcoming. The food was good and plentiful. The gardens were very pleasant
The rooms
There was no ventilation except small windows. In the recent heatwave the rooms were too hot for any comfort.
Lovely Cosy rooms
Nothing
King rooms very comfortable with good size TV and ensuite shower. Small bottles of shower gel and shampoo toiletries and hairdryer provided.
There's a kettle, coffee, tea, milk and bottled water and a tiny fridge.
Restaurant food is well cooked and hot. Plenty of choice.
The motel is dog friendly with a very convenient, fenced adjacent field to walk the dog.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble for them.
Location is ideal for Beccles, Southwold and Lowestoft.

Handy for the coast and local attractions. In the grounds of a nice pub with great food.
Some minor maintenance things like bulbs out, loose toilet seat. Very light early in the morning, so a blackout blind would have been appreciated.

The Swan was easy to find, very convenient to Beccles and Lowestoft. The property is situated in a lovely setting and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable with a small ensuite bathroom - complete with shower. During our stay, we had some issues with our television. Jon was there in record time to fix the unit and made certain it was in good working order. We very much enjoyed our stay at The Swan.

Well decorated and very clean. The staff were fabulous. The location is perfect for Beccles. Just a 5-10 min drive. We walked to the edge of Beccles (tow path) which took about 15-20 mins. A lovely marina with cafe and place to get ice cream.
The Motel are very accommodating and friendly. Pool and darts available. Small car boot on Saturday morning too. Sunday carvery was well worth it. Good overall was very good.
The shower wasn't great but the owner was extremely accommodating and is sorting for future guests. Beds are very soft but amazingly comfortable.
