I had a sleepless nights at Oasis this recent visit. Despite me complaining about the noise. The same concierge did not

Cons:

The front desk ( boujamaa???) was extremely rude , impolite, sarcastic and argumentative.
He had no people skill. Gave me the wrong room two little twine beds instead of king bad.
A room under the swimming pool extremely loud. Music blasting all day. Huge stereo speaker by my balcony…

Bojamaa front desk was extremely rude, sarcastic, impolite and argumentative. I paid for a room with a single bed . However he game me a bad by the swimming pool.The big DJ speaker two inches away from my room. The music was blasted all day until midnight. Refused to give me a different room when I complained. I had two sleepless nights in Agadir. I demand that I get reimbursed by Booking.com or the hotel. Moving forward I will never book with Booking.com if I do not get my money back.

Excellent staff loved the new snack area.
Pros:

We had a top floor room the view looking over the pool was fabulous. The location of the hotel was excellent 5 minutes and on the beach strip of bars and restaurants

Cons:

Not any entertainment.
Would have preferred a walk in shower. The bed was hard. The selection of food was ok not great.
