The hotel is in a great location - 10 mins walk to the beach/promenade with another 5 mins onto the Marina and a 5 min walk in the opposite direction to the cable cars. The room was clean, if a little dated and everything worked as it should. The balcony was small - it was just large enough for two people to sit alongside each other. The pool was kept clean and tidy and during early March there were plenty of sunbeds available. Breakfast was repetitive but ok with the usual egg station that was manned by two great egg chefs and a lady that made great Msemens and Baghrirs! The reception team first come across as distant, but were really lovely and helpful and the lady that cleaned my room was great and did a great job. The spa didn't appear to be open and I didn't see anyone in the gym whilst I was there. I thoroughly recommend staying here for a great budget holiday
This hotel is very close to the beach (5 minutes) and 10 minutes walk to Agadir Marina where different level of resturants from fast food to fine dinning are available. The walk around that area is so beautiful and very relaxing in the evening with the gorgeous view of the sea. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily and the hotel itself is kept pretty clean. Breakfast and the buffet dinner in the evening are very nice, good selections in both, resturant staff are working very hard and happy to serve everyone with their atmost pleasnt attitude. Generally, the staff in the hotel are very helpful, friendly qnd so welcoming unlike what I read in the other reviews.
Thank you for making our three nights stay in Agadir so enjoyable and I would definitly come back again for longer time and stay in this hotel.
The Oasis truly lives up to its name – a real gem of an oasis in Agadir.
The location is ideal, just a short and easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
From the moment I arrived, the staff made the stay special. A young gentleman checked me in and was friendly, welcoming, and the staff in general were genuinely accommodating throughout my entire stay.
Breakfasts were good with the Omlette proving to be popular and a speciality.
Rooms must be soundproofed as I slept like a log each night
The staff in general were everything you hope for in Morocco – warm, smiling, helpful, and full of good humour. Their friendliness and sheer good fun really added to the experience and made the hotel feel relaxed and welcoming.
A lovely place to stay with a great atmosphere. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Agadir.
Could not decide whether to book this hotel or the Tildi as they are more or less next to each other but the Oasis seemed bigger st I thought it would have more going on and be better organised
Lets Break Things Down Into The Good and The Not So Good.
Firstly The Good
Excellent Location
Good Customer Service - everone very friendly
Spotless Clean
Rooms made up very quickly in the morning
Good amienties - tour operator, gift shop, Gym, outside Bar and snack bar
Nice swimming pool
Good Security.
Now The Not So Good
First hotel I have been where asked to pay on leaving bar - could not charge to room
The food was average at the best and that is being kind.
Lot of refurbishment work going on
Building noise till quite late at night - I mean 11pm
ATM in entrance charged high fee's
Spa closed for refurbishment (a couple of people told me it been like that for over 12 months)
Lastly a very important matter to some - there are no safty deposit boxes in the guest rooms or available in reception
All in all not a bad trip but with a little effort things could make this and excellent location
Lovely comfy hotel pool area dinner inclusive, ambience, comfortable top class rooms, service second to none. Amazing staff. Thank you guys for your warmth and hospitality. Recommend!
This hotel is in an excellent location, 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants. OK, you have to cross a busy road, but traffic does stop for you at zebra crossing. Cable car station to the Kasbah is also only a 5 minute walk.
All the staff I met were helpful and very friendly, contrary to some reviews I’ve read.
Room was cleaned and towels changed daily, hotel itself is kept pretty clean. I think it’s great value.
Breakfast was a good selection of mainly continental type food, with a few British additions and an egg station where they made fried or poached eggs and scrambled or omelette.
Bar is a bit pricey, but you expect that in a hotel.
I would stay there again without question.
Hotel very basics in rooms, reception staff quite rude, which out of all the staff in a hotel they should be the most welcoming.
Hotel director was doing visit so all staff were stressed and running round like headless chickens and getting shouted at, bit uncomfortable to watch at times. No entertainment, inside or at pool, we had 1 day of music then I think bloke fell asleep behind decks the rest of stay.
Had 2 local woman bathing one day and were made to feel really uncomfortable if we took strap of bikini over head and just stared at us all full day, they messaged reception numerous times to complain regarding young couple in pool cuddling and then they came out and told another couple the couldn’t hold hands on sun-loungers cause it is disrespectful and the hotel caters for lots of locals and we hat to respect this.
Balcony tiny, 2 people can stand on max, no chairs have to take them from room
Food awful, do not go anything apart from B&B or less u like EGGS. Yet food they SOLD was lovely 🧐
And if you like ice in your drinks expect to be disappointed, u would think ice cubes were a delicacy.
No drink either with evening meal…not even water!
Make sure you take plenty of cash to tip also…you need same as what u payed for holiday once u pay beggars, homeless, people u ask directions from, etc
Also cash machine in hotel costs you £7.00 every withdrawal
They don’t let you keep room on either, we had to be out for 12 and flight not till 10.30pm…no shower room either just case room, so if family with kids it be nightmare
Good points, close to beach and harbour and cable cars
Fantastic hotel with amazing staff who are very welcoming. The first room we were given had a weird smell, but we were quickly given an alternative no fuss, just an apology and a room with a view of the pool and beach. The location is very convenient just a few minutes walk to the promenade and beach. This is not an all inclusive hotel so no noisy holiday makers drinking by the pool all day long! It was a quieter and therefore more relaxing stay, no getting up early to put towels on chairs necessary. The staff were very helpful always smiling, especially Idris and Jamal. The hotel is one of the cleanest we've stayed in, the cleaning crew are very hard working and meticulous. The breakfast was really good for the price and the on site cafe served delicious food at a reasonable price. There is no on site shop, but there is one just a couple of minutes away. The cable cars are close by and worth a visit as is the El Had Souk which you can get to in an orange taxi for 30 MDN. The local artisans at the Medina were very welcoming and it was an experience watching them make their beautiful goods from pottery to shoes and organic Argan oil beauty products. The hotel and staff made our first trip to Agadir a really lovely one. We will definitely be going back.
Spotlessly clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Attractive pool area with clear water and a snack bar serving beer, tea, pizzas etc. Room was clean, quiet and well maintained with a sunny balcony looking down to the ocean. The only thing that let it down for me was the breakfast. The coffee was instant and anytime I got up from the table to get something my place was cleared away which was irritating. I ended up just going to nearby Home Café and got a lovely breakfast every day for £3/5. I'd come back in a heartbeat as the location is superb and my experience was positive. It does seem like the hotel is undergoing low level renovation works and I was obviously lucky to get an upgraded room. It is very fairly priced and I feel I got a great deal.
DO NOT STAY HERE, just back from a week in Morocco stayed in the Oasis hotel, the rooms are very run dow and shabby and small desperatly in need of renovation the tiolet leaks everywhere, the bathrooms has black mould and rust, the rooms are so small and the balcony is tiny, NO SAFE or kettle you have to get a kettle at reception and pay 20 euro deposit, and its a huge ordeal to get a cup and spoon !! The noise in the rooms from the night clubs on tbe beach and the traffic goes on until at least 5am you feel that you are sleeping in a night club its awful we asked to move rooms but it was only small bit away and made no difference to the noise, some of the staff at reception are so RUDE Jamilela is extremly unhelpful and Rude , the was a younger man i didnt get his name he was so rude aswell, The hotel manager is a lovely lady we saw a small rodent at breakfast and she offered us free lunch, we declined, Omar and reception is very nice and helpful, and LAYLA the cleaning lady is amazing she left the room spotless. Mohamad in the jewelry shop was so friendly and helpful, And Rasheed the guy who sells the excursions was very friendly and helpful.
The best place for full enjoyment. The entertainment manager khalid gwas great and professional. Entertainment was at number one. Cleaning at number one. It was my first time at Oasis Hotel. Good services and lovely people
Excellent experience and exellente service, food, personel ... the animation was awsome and perfect and I highly recommend it to couples and families !
I had a pleasant stay at Oasis Hotel. The property is very clean and well kept, and the staff are genuinely warm and helpful. A special thanks to Khalid from the animation team—he was kind and energetic throughout my visit, with top-notch activities that created a great daytime atmosphere.
That said, the food wasn’t at the same level. Both breakfast and dinner would benefit from more variety and richer options to better satisfy different tastes. Also, the hotel would feel more complete with additional facilities such as a fitness room, a spa, a hammam, and a few other amenities to make the stay truly perfect.
Overall, I’d rate my experience 7/10. My comments are meant to help the team improve, and I would consider coming back because I believe in the ongoing improvement of Moroccan hotels.

Dreadful experience from start to finish. Arrived late at night and we were taken to our tiny, dirty room in which the tiny window didn’t close properly, no safe, no water provided. When we asked about water we were told that we had to buy it from the bar which was, as we found out the next day, four times more expensive than buying elsewhere. When we complained about the room, we were shown to 3 other rooms, all in a similar state of disrepair, one didn’t even have a wardrobe that would open.
Breakfast was equally as bad. Overcrowded and a minimal unappetising choice. No glasses, cups or cutlery available and we had to ask for them. Having said that, the only positive thing was the omelette and bread chef station which was excellent. However, to make matters worse, we had left coffee and juice on our table to go and get our omelettes. On our return to the table, it had all been cleared and another couple were about to sit on it! It was hard enough to get a glass never mind not be able to drink it!
The spa and gym are non existent, so that is false advertising for a start. You can’t be in reception without being hassled from the tour guy, who when we said we had already booked with hoppa, was quite rude.
Awful place.
The hotel location is good as it’s near the beach , WiFi is good .The spa & sauna & gym where closed should be open in summer holidays, the swimming pool was great, printing boarding passes is free at the reception, the excursion office is always closed so you have to ring the person, the cash machine at hotel charges £7 for withdrawals so it’s best to cash out enough for the holiday , snooker table is great , you have to pay for your own water bottles or theirs a shop on the left of the hotel that sells them for cheaper cash only don’t accept card, 30 mins away from the airport too, they don’t do all inclusive , you can buy food at the bar near pool ,the staff are respectful, the night staff do need to speak full English at the reception
Good Hotel !
We stayed here 4 nights. Multicultural hotel lots of good people from different backgrounds. Beach is very close restororant are close.
Entertainment was at its best. Khalid is the guy who played great music spoke with people dances and excerise and everything else
This was nice, relaxing holiday. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful. In particular, Kahled, the DJ and entertainment manager was very helpful and friendly. He accommodated all nationalities with his music and brought everyone together to dance in the evening.
The entrance was lovely but as you go in rooms not that great
Not fault of cleaner she was lovely and want out her way to help , but was over loaded with work
To get rooms clean in time, also needed bit more activity around the hotel the entertainer tried his best both the cleaner and entertainer deserve 10/10 . For the affecteds.
The location of this hotel is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are standard but clean, with most offering pleasant views of the pool and seafront.
Unfortunately, the service and guest experience fall short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, no information was provided regarding hotel amenities, Wi-Fi access, or room facilities. There was no welcome pack or in-room directory. Wi-Fi details had to be requested separately.
The hotel does not offer room service, which is unusual for its rating. The bathroom in our room had a faulty shower screen, leaving the floor soaked after use. When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin.
Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial.
On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.
Amazing hotel, will definitely be coming back here and very soon. The value for money and everything that came along was amazing. The staff, the hotel itself is immaculate, very modern. Rooms are also lovely, didn’t have any issues at all. Would highly recommend and the location is perfect. 5 mins away from the beach. Stay here the next time you visit Agadir, it doesn’t disappoint👌🏼❤️
