The hotel was beautiful, clean and artsy. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Even for the one night stay, I would highly recommend this place.

Clean and quiet. The new rooms are nice but on the dark side. Staff were really accommodating and provided extra lighting. Breakfast was good and the location is nice but a bit isolated.

It is OK for short stay on a budget. Good location to visit OLD TOWN. 5-7 min walk (uphill) to the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.
booked 2 rooms for 4 people. Coming from North America - rooms are small 2 people with two bags in taking all free space not yet taken by the furniture, but by European standards it was not too bad. Good part - we had mini-freezer. Thats it for the good. Not so good: no coffee in the room, no microwave, shower without door splashes everywhere. Overall, still ok based on location, pricewise. Matching expectation.

Lovely overall.

We stayed for one night as a family of 4, with two children. The room was good size with a large master bed, a big sofa bed and a cot for the baby. There was a coffee machine in the room but no kettle to make tea, which is the only downside in the room facilities. Breakfast was good, with selection of savoury and sweet dishes. Costumer service was also good. The price was also reasonable compared to other hotels during that period. We would definitely come back.

I found a dirty underwear on the floor, very strange from such a well reputable hotel

The shower stall needs to be enclosed. It is not fun having to wipe up the water after every shower

Basic modern very clean room. Good for overnight stay. Having additional pillows would be nice. The bed was comfortable. Nice short walk to the old town.

The hotel contacted me to let me know that there was a problem with my booking, but had arranged alternative and excellent accommodation for us elsewhere. The process was without fuss or trouble to us, and I commend the hotel for managing this so professionally and satisfyingly.

It’s good place to stay at Tallinn. Close to everything plus good size rooms.

cool boutique style hotel on edge of Old Town with good public transport from outside the door. rooms at the back are extremely quiet and the beds very very comfortable.
breakfast was fresh and tasty. no other facilities besides the bar and lobby.
