Stayed here for a business trip and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made my stay easy. The valet service was quick, professional, and very attentive. Special shoutout to CJ for the excellent customer service! Everyone went above and beyond to make everything smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

The whole vibe and environment was calming and relaxing. the sustainability and cleanliness was the best. The biggest perk is how dog friendly the hotel is.

We had a great stay in 1 Hotel Seattle. Clean and very comfortable, in a perfect location. Team and managers were so nice! The restaurant La LOBA is excellent!

I am writing to share some concerning experiences regarding the guest service department during my recent three-day stay at your hotel. While I appreciated the beautiful property and your commitment to sustainability, the actions of your staff were highly irregular.
First, upon our departure, the valet, Roba, informed us that our parking had not been charged to the room. When we asked to add the charges to our bill, he stated he could not do so as we had already checked out. He then claimed the credit card machine was down and suggested a "favor" where I could pay $18 per night in cash—a rate he equated to the restaurant's dinner parking. I gave him $60 in cash, for which I received no change, and subsequently tipped him an additional $10 to observe his reaction.
Second, a staff member named Robert assisted us with our luggage. He placed our bags and a plastic pharmacy bag onto his cart to meet us at the valet. After he loaded the car and I tipped him $20, my partner discovered that approximately $35 in bills (a $20, a $10, and a $5) were missing from the pharmacy bag. Only the coins and four $1 bills remained. We confirmed the cash was not misplaced elsewhere.
Between the "cash-only" valet discount and the missing money from our personal belongings, I am deeply disappointed. Given these security and integrity issues, we do not intend to return to this One.

A beautiful hotel that was in the perfect location for our city stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating, at the rooms were very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for

Incredible hotel with super friendly staff. Everyone we encountered answered our questions with a big smile. The location is excellent with accessibility to public transportation with a few steps of the hotel. We loved staying at 1 Hotel.

We stayed here for two nights before we set off for a cruise. The hotel is in a great location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you to Ellie on reception for extra help with some printing for us.
The room was spacious, light and very comfortable and the first time we’ve had a yoga mat provided together with complimentary yoga sessions.
We were also fortunate enough to have use of the hotel car to take us to the cruise terminal which was a big bonus.
We were looking forward to trying out a 1 hotel and it didn’t disappoint, we’ll be trying out other hotels in the chain in the future.

Didn’t want to have to write this review since we LOVE 1Hotel Hanalei Bay, but I don’t think we’ll ever stay at another 1Hotels property again. The night I arrived I requested a microwave, I was told there were none available but that if I brought my food down to the lobby they’d be happy to warm it up for me. The next day upon check out, I was hoping to have food warmed up before my airport travel, so I took it down to the lobby along with all of my other bags (because the bellhop I requested apparently went to the wrong floor and didn’t catch up to me until I was already getting on the elevator) and the staff seemed very confused. A manager then came out and said based on liability they could not warm up my food. I told them that I was happy to sign a liability waiver and he refused. When the lovely restaurant manager who had helped me earlier came up to offer to warm it up, he literally PULLED IT OUT OF HER HANDS and disappeared with my food for 10 minutes. I had to leave for the airport so now 1Hotel has not only my $30 dinner but my Tupperware as well.
I wish it ended there but it doesn’t because more happened earlier that day. In the morning I went down to the lobby to try to find where breakfast was. A young man said “which breakfast?” while a young woman immediately spoke up over him and directed me to the second floor. When I got to the second floor and sat down to eat in a banquet room I felt a little weird, but chalked it up to a different Sunday brunch than I typically expect from 1Hotels. However about 30 minutes into eating I realized I was very clearly in a private banquet room that was reserved for a professional sports team. While this was a happy accident for me, it was also quite presumptuous of the staff to assume that because I am black, I would be with the sports team from Atlanta.
Anyways, that’s all to say, 1Hotel Seattle could definitely use some work on its staff and guidance to guests. It seems like there is a lack of coordination in efforts that I would not expect from a hotel of this caliber. Room was beautiful and very clean and had some great experiences with the following staff: Bruno, Talia, Diana, Mark, and overall the food staff were superb! Hence the two stars for service!

Everything - location was good, nicely refurbished, good price, helpful personnel

My family and I had a great stay! Eddie at the restaurant was the most wonderful server for the duration of our trip, giving us unforgettable recommendations and an amazing experience in Seattle. We appreciate your kindness and hospitality - thanks, Eddie!!

Sustainability focus, in room filtered water tap in particular!

We stayed at 1 Hotel Seattle in April and it was one of the most impressive hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world.

Having recently stayed at some exceptional luxury hotels, including The Ritz London and Raffles Singapore, 1 Hotel Seattle still managed to stand out. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade and the room was stunning – beautifully designed with natural wood finishes, luxurious furnishings, an incredible bathroom and thoughtful touches throughout.

The attention to detail was exceptional, from chargers exactly where you needed them to complimentary water, quality slippers and premium toiletries. The breakfasts were outstanding and every member of staff we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly and helpful.

A beautiful hotel that combines luxury, comfort and outstanding service. We would return without hesitation.

Gorgeous Property , everything was top drawer.

Excellent location & cool high end hotel. We had a “space needle” view and the room was gorgeous and comfortable. All staff we encountered were super friendly and knowledgeable. Just had some snacks and drinks at DRIFT and they were all great. Especially liked the fact that they sent us an anniversary present (we chose prosecco) up to our room. So thoughtful.
