1 Hotel Seattle got it right! All my senses were immediately activated upon entering the lobby; the textures, scents, greenery, tones, food and music choices all were a recipe for Zen. Customer service is everything and Gene (An angel in disguise) represents what true hospitality looks like, his warm smile welcoming vibe and accommodating nature left us wanting absolutely nothing during our stay. The entire staff was amazing. The food and drinks at Drift were excellent, our suite had the best views and some of the best bed linens ever!

My experience was absolutely stellar! And their customer service was faultless. As a customer service professional and manager for 20+ years I always look for (and try to acknowledge) excellent customer service. Everyone from the valet attendants to the front desk to the managers to the room service staff were friendly, helpful, and it felt like they really cared. I never once felt like anyone was being disingenuous.

I absolutely LOVED the organic interior design and the attention to environmental impact. The room key was a freaking wooden disk that can be recycled!

At the end of my bed was a little block that said "1 Less Thing" - if you packed something extra that you didn't need, you could leave it in the room and it would be donated to a group that helps get it to people in need. It made me WANT to help and think about what I really didn't need. In the end, I did donate.

I would absolutely stay here again whether for business or vacation!

We stayed for my wife’s birthday. We had an amazing stay from start to finish. The room was beautiful and the hotel has a great vibe. The bar was fun, food, drinks and the dj really set the mood Friday night. The location was great everything was walkable to bars and restaurants. Tasting menu at La Loba was great don’t skip the caviar eggs.

We had a wonderful stay at Seattles 1 Hotel . Last fall we stayed 5 days at 1 Hotel Copenhagen and were thrilled to see 1 Hotel Seattle for the wedding we were attending. Our stay while short but did not disappoint. Such a clean, airy , well designed hotel. Staff were impeccable and room was so clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Pikes and the waterfront. I love the fact that it was a bit more quiet than the other hotels near the convention center. Do not like being in the fray of such a busy area. There was always a Uber waiting in front of hotel which made it so easy to get to where we needed to go. Whole foods next door which made it convenient to get our half and half for coffee in the morning. I love this hotel brand, their hospitality is what you want when you are away from home. The design aesthetic is gorgeous, warm, inviting and cutting edge without being pretentious.
Our next stay with be at 1 Hotel San Francisco sometime this year and I will review them as well.

We only booked overnight however we had a few issues. The hotel is beautiful and room service and Valet service were both perfect and timely. However, our room is where we ran into issues. The light and outlets on the side of the bed were not working. The biggest issue was found the following morning. After waking up I looked at my pillow and realized there was mold on the pillowcase. When we checked out, I told the front desk, and they said thank you for letting us know. I felt an establishment such as this should probably address that type of problem differently.

Gorgeous hotel, unbelievable staff. There’s a filtered water tap in every room, which is a treat. Great location, easily walkable and around a good area. Comfy bed, good food. Will stay again! THANKS TO JOHN ESPECIALLY!!

This hotel is stunning. I typically stay with a competitor and this is going to be my new spot. Beautiful property, clean, great location and the staff is lovely. Mario and Gene are particularly wonderful.

1 Hotel Seattle absolutely blew me away. The valet and service were on another level.
I’ve genuinely never experienced customer care this attentive, polished, and consistently kind anywhere else.

The rooms feel more like large, condo-style suites, with a high-end, Tulum-like vibe that makes the whole stay feel dreamy, modern, and elevated. The hotel even has filtered tap water, which was a small detail that made a huge difference in how cared for I felt.

The in room bar is amazing stylish, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding with a drink in a space that feels both posh and relaxed. Combined with the reasonable price for this level of luxury, the entire experience felt elite, almost like being in a virtual world built around the idea of perfection.

I had the absolute BEST stay at this beautiful property. Every single staff member I interacted with was exceptional.

We had dinner at La Loba our first night, and our server Christie was incredible. She truly made the entire dining experience unforgettable, along with the delicious food. We dined at La Loba again for our group dinner, and every single server was just as exceptional.

I kept seeing Mikey throughout the property, and he was so warm and welcoming. He greeted me each time as if we had been friends for years. That level of genuine hospitality does not go unnoticed.

I am a hotelier and was visiting as part of Beyond Marketplace, and as you know, hoteliers can be hard to please! Because of this experience, your property is the only place I want to stay when visiting Seattle.

1 Hotel is located ABOVE Whole Foods and can be tricky to find the front door. But ince inside, it is definitely an experience like no other. It has a very warm and inviting atmosphere and gives you a true sense and feeling of sustainability you can feel their mission is to give you a great experience. My room was on the 11th floor and had a peekaboo view of water and of the downtown streets. This was definitely a more unique hotel experience then I have had recently and I cannot wait to go back another time and experience more that the hotel has to offer. I arrived late so I did not get to enjoy any of the lobby lounge area. U was here with a group and it was totally a fun and relaxing experience.

Beautiful hotel with amazingly friendly and attentive staff. La Loba is a Michelin worthy experience. The flavors are great.

5 stars But... I would give it 6 if I could. We came here for an event and were blown away by the staff. They were incredibly attentive and helped everything flow perfectly. Stephen, in particular, was great to us. We saw him filling in wherever help was needed, and he was continually a joy to have around!

My experience at 1hotelseattle was next to perfect. The staff is amazing, especially Stephen, crystal, John, max and the whole f&b team. Their attention to detail, friendliness, attentiveness and care for their guests is out of this world. I can’t wait to come back!!

I hosted an event at 1Hotel Seattle and feel confident saying that their banquet team and CSM staff were some of the best I’ve ever worked with. Stephen, Max, Crystal, and John were collaborative, accommodating and the definition of hospitable. I would highly recommend this hotel to any group looking for a high-touch event with a familial feeling and staff who obviously love and feel passionate about their careers.

Wonderfully appointed hotel with exceptional level of care and attention to detail. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city. Room cleanliness was a 10/10!

Be transparent in the what the hotel charges and be clear about the rates. I was charged twice on the valet parking (~100 USD) and it took us an hour to recalculate this with other random expenses made before we could check out. Too many hidden charges that was not communicated clearly. We booked a night with complementary breakfast for 2 but it was not provided by the hotel.

I love the 1 Hotel brand so much and whenever possible, choose it as my place of stay when in town. Took myself on a little stay-cation for my birthday this past weekend and I thoroughly enjoyed how much it felt like coming home every time I walked through the doors. Such lovely staff in such a beautiful interior decorated environment. Can’t get much better than the 1 Hotel!
