Amazing setting in heart of downtown, completely shuts out the chaos, while maintaining convenience. Tranquil rooms, perfect for sleeping in.

I went to 1 Hotel for a networking event last night, had never been to the hotel and LOVED it. It's beautiful and the space they used upstairs for the event was conducive to both a talk and a happy hour. Props to our bartender Stephen who also made me several incredible cocktails - will definitely be coming back again for fun!

Until the arrival of 1 Hotel in Seattle, I was pretty unfamiliar with the 1 Hotel brand. After many visits to the onsite bars and restaurants, and now having just finished my first overnight stay, I’m sad and surprised I didn’t know more about the brand earlier!

This Seattle hotel is so beautiful and it starts with the breathtaking lobby. The hotel oozes tranquility, uniqueness, and a warm and cozy feeling that fits so well in Seattle. There’s beautiful detail in all the decor, while the abundant greenery (even in the guestrooms) makes the experience more welcoming, authentic and homey. Sustainability is at the heart of everything they do, and it shows. All that being said, this hotel is a VIBE, with everyone coming to discover Seattle’s newest hotspot.

The rooms are lovely, clean and of a nice size, with the two queen room and many others featuring an oversized bathtub and separate shower. I definitely loved the beds. For being in a bustling neighborhood, there was very little noise.

Drinks are always enjoyable in Drift, the bar between the lobby and La Loba restaurant. Tyler, Vivi and the entire team in Drift are wonderful. If you’d like to dine at the buzzworthy La Loba, definitely make a reservation early.

On top of the beautiful design, excellent food and beverage options and comfortable rooms, you’ll find smiling and helpful employees at every turn.

I highly recommend this hotel. While it isn’t directly on top of some of Seattle’s most popular attractions, they are easily within reach. It’s well worth it though as you won’t find a hotel quite like this in the city.
Sidenote: they do have an Audi electric vehicle car service. But you can always walk, which just might even better align with the hotels overall mission.

Great hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Design is nice and simple. Gym is great. Food is good. Plenty of stuff around.

The location was perfect. We went for a nice walk to Pike Place Market and explored some nearby shops. Very walkable area.

The atmosphere of the hotel was so welcoming and warm. From pulling up to the lobby, we were greeted with smiles and immediately offered assistance with luggage. We were also warmly welcomed by the front desk with our anniversary acknowledged.

The room—oh the room. So perfect. We absolutely loved the bathroom and the idea of the bottle refilling station. It was so convenient and we perfect for filling up before our outing!

I’m very pleased with the value of what we got for the price. You pay a lot for luxury but 1 Hotel Seattle hit the nail on the head! The hotel was so clean, noise level was almost non-existent, service was top tier, and the amenities offered were great.

Wonderful staff, the rooms since they were remodeled are perfection. So happy with our stay. Thank you for making this such a great stay. We will be back!

Amanda at the front desk treated me so well during an unexpected incident pre-checkin* that I rearranged my trip to stay longer at 1 Hotel Seattle.

I’m so glad I did. This hotel exudes warmth and a lack of pretense. The natural wood helps, but it’s also the artful and pleasing design. There are even live plants in my room.

The location is excellent. There is a Whole Foods just below us and a yoga studio (hotel guests have free access) across the driveway.

This hotel provides true luxury, but not with gilt. It is luxury for the soul.

* My flight was unexpectedly cancelled the day I was to check in and she took the flight info, verified the cancellation and made sure I wouldn’t have to pay for that night.

We checked in on Dec 25, 2025 and checked out on the 26th. Upon checking in into our room I noticed a bag of chip from the mini bar was opened. I immediately notified the front end staff and they made a note in their system. On Dec 27th I received a bill of $199.77 USD charged to my credit card stating it was from the mini bar. So, on the 28th I called the hotel and they said they will reverse the charge and they couldn't provide an explanation for the $199.77 USD. My guess was house keeping didn't update the mini bar from the previous guest and when they finally updated the mini bar after we checked out, everything missing was charged to me. My advice to everyone is to double check your bill after you check out.
