La posizione strategica consente di poter raggiungere con estrema facilità i luoghi d'interesse, camere pulite con tutto il necessario. Area colazione su rooftop con vista Politeama (lateralmente)

Cons:

Insonorizzazione carente ed iniziò di rifacimento camere un po' presto al mattino. Mancanza dei kit in bagno (cotton fiocc e dischetti oramai in uso in tutte le strutture da 3 stelle in su) che ho dovuto richiedere espressamente e non presente nei giorni seguenti. Colazione.. si può dare di più.

struttura nuova e pulita, 500 metri dal centro storico
buona colazione, personale gentile

Cons:

La colazione viene servita per turni poiché il terrazzo dove si svolge non è molto grande, ma una mattina ho dovuto aspettare alcuni minuti che qualcuno terminasse per potermi sedere. Se si avessero i tempi stretti sarebbe un problema.

We enjoyed our stay and would return
Pros:

Location was good and near the main places of interest. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and sheets were clean. The shower in the bathroom had a fair bit of mold around the bottom edges of the shower which had been there a long time which needed attention. A bit more attention to detail with the cleanliness would have been a good thing. For privacy purposes, and probably because there are flats directly opposite our room, the curtains are shut all day so some shutters would have been a good idea. The rooftop restaurant at night was excellent and the food was wonderful with a great view of Mount Pellegrino. It wasn't cheap but it was a nice treat.

Cons:

Just a bit more attention to detail with the cleaning would have been good. It's inevitable that showers develop mold over time but it did need attention.

Bona estada, però crec que repetiria l’hotel.
Pros:

La situació és molt bona. El personal molt amable.

Cons:

La recepció poc còmode i sense bany, has d’anar al pis 8, embolic amb els ascensors, l’esmorzar al pis 8 prèvia reserva. El menjar molt bo, però poca varietat. No sembla un hotel de 4 estrelles. La habitació petita i sense llum.
