Up set about early check in request

Location to my stay event

Cons:

I ask for early check in and it did not happen, I put in for a special request through booking and when I called booking blamed it on the hotel I ask the hotel they blamed it on booking. If you offer this special request you should honor it or say no. Don't leave the customer hanging!!!

I was assigned to a dirty room first. It had not been cleaned by housekeeping after the last guest. The second room was 2 small beds when I booked 1 large bed. I was moved to a 3rd room
