Central location and accessible
Pros:

The location is central. The train station is within walking distance. Lots of shops and eating places in the area. It is our first time in Perth, so recommend this hotel for others who would visit Perth first time too.

The hotel is within walking distance to Fremantle harbor, where you can take a hop-up-and-down bus tour (90 minutes, last 24 hours) around the city. This tour gives us a good understanding of the sights of Perth At the harbor, you can also take a ferry to Rottnest Island. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel provides both a soft pillow and a hard pillow as different people have different needs. The hotel caters to needs of their guests.

Cons:

The aircon is very near to the bed and at the same level and blowing at where the pillows are. Initially, I was worried about the noise from the aircon as I am a light sleeper. Thankfully, the aircon is quiet (to recommend to maintain aircon)

Budget friendly with good buffet breakfast and centrally located.
Pros:

Centrally located in Perth CBD. Nearby metro station, bus stops. Shopping mall including brand shop, lots of cafe and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was good. Budget friendly. I stayed 5 nights with my wife.

Cons:

For housekeeping service, you have to pay.

Location great, room is spacious and has everything you need

Cons:

A sensitive fire alarm saw the entire hotel emptied onto the street at 6am on the only morning I could have slept in.

Stay was disappointing we won't be going back. Smelly rundown rooms and lack of service.

Rooms smelt like dirty socks. Dust, and dirt everywhere you look, no attention to detail from cleaners. It's rundown and not good value for the money. Didn't bother with breakfast, appeared basic. Booked for room service daily and didn't get it once. When mentioned to staff on checkout they didn't have anything to say.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, made my stay incredible. They really made my day. The room was lovely and clean with a great bath too. Breakfast had heaps of options and tasted fantastic.
