The location was the biggest bonus for me as I could go out and about, then come back to the room.
Pros:

The location was perfect as I was travelling by train and the main train station is truly 2 minutes away.
I was very pleased with the facilities and the size of the room.

Cons:

My only complaint is that on Friday and Saturday nights there is some kind of disco nearby, and the noise did keep me awake.

The lay- out of the room/ studio ...
Was really good to have the facility to do your own meals

Cons:

Nothing really ,maybe a hook to hang your towel on for when you come out of the shower...

Also a plug for the sink in the kitchennette ,couldn't find it but definetly no big deal..

Average based on the above, staff friendly, too noisey to get quality sleep for me it was very loud

Cons:

Can clearly hear the loud music from a nearby nightclub, music went till around 1 am at least, bed was comfortable, room wasn’t very clean, table and benches hadn’t been wiped down, there was mess on the floor in front of the sink area on the carpet which looks like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed, they do not make up the room unless you pay extra, that’s ok I guess but if you want replacement towels you go to reception, and leave old ones in bag outside the room, also you need to dispose of your own rubbish from the bins, as I said staff very pleasant but the room not as much but was comfortable bed, we were in room 717…

Convenient location for us and near some good cafes

Our room had a kitchenette which was really useful for us to do some simple food prep

Cons:

The shower located in the bathtub and a toilet door that couldn’t be locked. The breakfast was really basic, and staples were the same across two days. The only change was the Asian dish

Room mishap and rude staff
Pros:

The hotel was a good location but noisy at night with hoolagins.

Cons:

Booked twin and got a double. The had cot take up the room with no where to put cases then. Also moving things to fit it in found ridiculous amount of dirt dust and rubbish hidden Staff were annoyed that they had to assist to put a cot in like it was my fault when they confirmed I booked twin.

Great location, horrible beds - like a brick
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. The location was brilliant for city life and to get around on public transport being close to the city. The staff, especially the front desk and cleaning staff were super friendly and efficient.

Cons:

The bed was like a bloody rock.
