Located in a prime location, making it easy to get to Perth's iconic shops and restaurants. The room itself was lovely - clean, comfy and suited my needs.

I stayed at this hotel recently and found the location to be very central and convenient for exploring the area. However, I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The room for three adults was quite congested and not comfortable. The outlook from the window was poor, with only a wall visible to the neighboring units. Additionally, the kitchen facilities were very basic, and the cutlery provided was not clean. Overall, I expected a better experience given the location, but the room and amenities did not meet my expectations.
The internal lighting is poor and needs to be upgraded, and the wall colours inside the room could use a fresh coat of paint to improve the overall ambiance. Overall, I expected a better experience given the location, but the room and amenities did not meet my expectations.

Large living area and big enough bedroom. Large bathroom.
Did not need restaurant.
The fixed dining table made it difficult for the second person to eat.
