Very comfortable and spacious
Pros:

We had a studio room, cooking facilities, king bed, very comfortable and warm. Right in CBD, 5 minutes walk to train station.

The staff were lovely. Good location.

Cons:

No assistance with luggage seeing clearly we were struggling. Room was clean, but overwhelming bleach smell. Paid extra for city views and got a car park. Breakfast was not at all worth $25. Limited selection and was empty or cold.

Disappointed but only because of the noise.
Pros:

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great location.
Nice rooms

Cons:

Windows need double glazing. Every noise from outside can be heard. Night club down the road raging until 2.00am. Guest should be informed if there is any events in the area. The HBF run was on while we were there so loud music was going from 5.30am. Not Happy at all.

1st stay was overnight in a standard room on floor 2 and 2nd stay overnight on floor 1 again standard room. Both great except floor 2 was had an adjoiningroom and the guys staying there were up at 5am talking very loadly. 3rd stay 4 nights was in a deluxe room on floor 5.but nothing was deluxe. Conditioner bottle empty. 1 pkt of dishwasher liquid (enough for 1.wash up), 1 soap, 2 black tea bags and 2 green tea and not replaced after 1st room service so I left a note for the cleaner. Carpet beside the bed was.ripped and torn. Microwave was above my eyeheight and no additional Microwave bowls etc. So had to use a cereal bowl for soup and then concerned about pulling out a bowl of hot liquid from above. A real potential risk happening there. Kitchen tap was very wobbly at the base over the sink and you had to hold the spout when turning the tap on. The TV kept booting us out then displaying a Google message?
Check out extended until 11am however our access cards weren't updated so we were locked.out.of lift and room at 10am. I told the receptionist our concerns about the carpet on 1st day and was told they'd let the manager know. We told the receptionist all the problems on check out and again she was going to tell the manager. But we never met the manager. It's a very tired building in need of a lot of work and really shouldn't expect to charge deluxe rates if they can't deliver.

The reception staff were exceptional the person I checked in with and checked out with were amazing
Pros:

Beautiful warm spacious rooms with large comfy bed and amazing shower pressure!

Cons:

The only thing was the stairs up and down but there was a little elevator thing so it’s okay
