Very spacious room, bed so comfy! Room and hotel also very quiet which is what we needed for restful nights.
Great location for anything in the city; sights, trains, shops, ferry etc.
We didn’t utilise breakfast as plenty of coffee shops around we wanted to try out, however it looked busy each morning.

The room is clean, good location very close to the city and staffs are very nice specially to the receptionist SHANI she is so approachable and friendly 🥰
Perfect location, large windows in the rooms.
I expected a cleaner bathroom. There was mould in the bath tub.
The hotel is located centrally. This was easier for client visits.
Really convenient location close by to the convention centre and with a great range of eateries and shops nearby. Room was really spacious and well-furnished, with great facilities.
The only real issue I had with our stay was the proximity of parking, which was about a 7-8 minute walk from the hotel, somewhat difficult with multiple bags.
