L'accueil du personnel, la vue
La propreté toile d'araignée et araignée même sur le plafond, le bruit des grosses clim qui s'entend même du premier étage la proximité de la route et des rails de trains...

Die Lage am Genfer See ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung ist modern und genügend gross und komfortabel. Das Frühstück wird nach induvidueller Bestellung frisch und in sehr guter Qualität serviert.Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
An der Rezeption und im Restaurant kann oder will niemand deutsch mit uns sprechen. Wir leben in einem Land, welches 4 Sprachig ist !!! Das finde ich sehr beschähment und nicht akzeptierbar.

Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten und das freundliche Personal. Wir hatten kein Frühstück.
An verschiedenen Stellen im Zimmer war der Wandverputz weg so auch im Bad. Zimmerbelag war an zwei Stellen defekt und der Belag ragte ca. 2 cm in die Höhe (Stolper Gefahr). Klimaanlage, Heizfunktion funktionierte nur Zeitweise. Zug und Hauptstrasse unmittelbar vor dem Hause. Bei wenig Verkehr, auch in der Nacht, war der Lärm noch OK. Mit zunehmenden Verkehr jedoch etwas lästig.
Nagyon szép helyen fekszik a szálloda, a szobából gyönyörű a kilátás. Az étteremben a vacsora és a reggeli is nagyon finom volt, a személyzet kedves.
