Bardzo udany pobyt w pięknym miejscu
Pros:

Przepiękne widoki na okoliczne winnice i Jezioro Genewskie, bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel oraz czystość w całym hotelu. Mimo że mój pokój nie miał widoku na jezioro, otoczenie hotelu było zachwycające i zapewniło bardzo przyjemny pobyt.

Cons:

Jedynym drobnym minusem było to, że nie otrzymałem pokoju z widokiem na Jezioro Genewskie. Poza tym wszystko spełniło moje oczekiwania.

Unsafe Mattress and Very Disappointing Customer Service ⭐

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share our experience.

We booked a lake-view room for over €200 per night, expecting the standard of a four-star hotel. Unfortunately, during the night I discovered that a metal part of the mattress was protruding and digging into my leg, causing pain and making it impossible to sleep properly. It was a serious safety issue that should never happen in a hotel of this category.

We had to go to reception in the middle of the night. At first, we were told that there were no rooms available. Only after insisting were we moved to another room. Unfortunately, the replacement room did not have the lake view that we had specifically booked and paid for. To make matters worse, although the mattress in the second room was not dangerous like the first one, it was also extremely uncomfortable and of very poor quality. For a four-star hotel charging these prices, the condition and quality of the mattresses were simply unacceptable.

The reception staff apologised and told us that, due to the seriousness of the incident, the hotel would refund the full amount of our stay. However, this never happened. After several emails, the hotel only agreed to a partial refund.

The refund process itself was also disappointing. The international bank transfer arrived with bank charges deducted, meaning I received less than the amount that had been agreed. When I contacted the hotel again and provided proof from my bank, I was told they would only reimburse the difference if I had a Swiss bank account, which is clearly not a realistic solution for most international guests.

I appreciate that the hotel eventually offered partial compensation, but the overall experience and the way this situation was handled fell far below what anyone would expect from a four-star hotel.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful location and would happily return.
Pros:

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Hotel Lavaux. The location is absolutely stunning, overlooking Lake Geneva and surrounded by beautiful vineyards, making it the perfect place to relax. It’s also within walking distance of a lovely village with restaurants, which was a great bonus. My room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well maintained—and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only disappointment was the breakfast. The breakfast service felt quite chaotic, and with only two staff members managing it, many of the food items had run out. I think the breakfast experience could definitely be improved with better organization and more frequent replenishment of the food.

Ein schönes modernes Hotel am Genfersee. Strand, Restaurants und Weinbauern in der Nähe
Pros:

Hotel Lavaux ist ein schönes modernes kleines Hotel mit Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sie bieten eine schönen Blick auf Weinberge des Lavaux , den See und das gegenüberliegende französische Ufer. Trotz der Lage an der Straße ist es recht ruhig mit sehr guten Schallschutzfenstern. Alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlage. Bei den heißen Tagen war für uns die Garage für die Autos ein großes Plus.
Zum kleinen Badestrand am See sind es nur wenige Minuten zum großen Strandbad in Cully ca. 1 km. Auch die Lokale und Weinbauern (Grand Cru Lagen) in Cully sind in Laufweite. In Cully gibt es 2 sehr gute Speiselokale. Der Italiener im Haus ist durchschnittlich aber Ok. Das personal war sehr nett und gab uns auch den Kontakt zum Ebikeverleih. Im Restaurant gab es ein ein schönes Frühstück

Cons:

Leider war das Restaurant nicht mehr oben auf der Terrasse

Z.B. ausgetrocknete Pflanzenkübel vor dem Hotel , Duschkopf der nicht hält. Man darf kein mit Liebe geführtes Hotel erwarten.

Pros:

Beautiful view of the lake from our balcony. Parking was fine as we got there early enough (by 8pm) but people arriving later did have a bit of difficulty parking, however staff seemed to help the later arrivals find parking so it was all ok. It was great to have a fridge in the room

Cons:

Aircon would have been good as we were staying during a heatwave, however there were fans in the room which helped a bit.

Pros:

It was clean and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working properly and had to supplement with pedestal fan. Also while the view of the lake was very good you could not sit and enjoy from the balcony because the hotel is adjacent to highway and train track. Constant noise.

Widok z łóżka niezapomniany
Pros:

Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na jezioro i góry (na booking.com jest to trochę droższa opcja) i było naprawdę warto. jedyną wadą były trochę pociągi (ale taka jest uroda tego hotelu). Parking hotelowy jest częściowo przed budynkiem, a kilka miejsc jest zadaszonych. Miejsc może być mało, ale obsługa w razie czego pomaga zaparkować tak by wszyscy się zmieścili.
Pokoje czyste, łazienka z prysznicem. Śniadania świeże i smaczne. Trochę problemów sprawia świeża bagietka którą trzeba sobie samemu odkroić. I jeszcze apropos restauracji: mają tam bardzo dobrą pizze, polecam tam pójść w ramach kolacji. Hotel nie ma basenu, ale ma jezioro Genewskie. Dojście do plaży jest przy stacji Epesses. Ze stacji Epesses nie ma zbyt wielu połaczeń (jest to przystanek i większość pociągów się tam nie zatrzymuje) , ale do stacji Cully też da się dojść w rozsądnie krótkim czasie, a tam wybór jest większy. Polecam wycieczkę do Montreux pociągiem z Cully, a powrót statkiem do Cully. Przez cały pobyt (3 noce) samochód nie ruszał się z parkingu wycieczki były komunikacja zbiorową
