Ho chiesto se potevo rimanere nella spa fino alle 14 del giorno del checkout, mi e’ stato detto che non era possibile se non pagando. E alla fine ho dovuto pagare. Mai successo in nessuno hotel 5 stelle in cui sia mai stato.

In pieno centro in pieno relax
Pros:

Stanza molto bella, luminosa, spaziosa e silenziosa. Colazione eccezionale, molto ricca e di ottima qualità. SPA ben dimensionata, pulita e attrezzata. 2 piscine entrambe, pulite grandi e belle. Ottima la possibilità di poter usufruire anche della piscina delle terme di Merano.

Cons:

lo staff del ristorante Olivo, alcuni camerieri non parlano italiano e/o inglese. Qualche sera abbiamo atteso un bel po' prima che si accorgessero di noi. Corrono tutti in realtà, ma forse a volte meglio fermarsi e verificare che tutti i clienti abbiano lo stesso trattamento. Per esempio se arrivava una compagnia dopo di noi, questa veniva servita subito, mentre noi facevamo fatica a ordinare anche l'acqua. Manca una Ski room dove riporre sci e scarponi e un servizio navetta per le piste/funivie sarebbe stato molto apprezzato.
