Pros:

מלון מצוין במיקום מעולה. מתקני ספא מצויינים. בריכה טרמית על גג המלון הצופה להרים ולעיר, גישה חופשית לבריכות הציבוריות הצמודות. אנשי שירות מצויינים. לילה אחד לא מספיק.

Pros:

Hotel stupendo in pieno centro a Merano.
Spa dell'hotel accessibile fin dal mattino del check in e possibilità di accesso alle terme di Merano al primo pomeriggio con tunnel sotterraneo.
Parcheggio interrato da cui si accende direttamente all'hotel.
Ottima colazione e cena.
Staff molto cortese (soprattutto la nostra cameriera a cena di cui non ricordo il nome e mi spiace- dovrebbe iniziare con "A" e con una "Y" a metà- solare cortese e disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire accolti e coccolati)..
Bella palestra con vista sulle montagne.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una superior per poi scoprire (benché fosse poi indicato su booking ma non ci avevo fatto caso) che non avevamo bollitore e macchina del caffè disponibile (disponibili invece nelle camere std e economy in quanto recentemente rinnovate), personalmente credo che si potesse adeguare anche le superior del primo piano (anche se non rinnovate).
L'acqua della piscina all ultimo piano era fredda nel pomeriggio/sera mentre calda la mattina seguente.

Da 10 anni a Merano per le feste natalizie e quest’anno ho potuto dire…WOW!
Pros:

Colazione ottima e personale veramente cortese e disponibile

Cons:

Un miglioramento/ammodernamento dei servizi igienici in camera porterebbe ad una valutazione top!
