Bella struttura e belle terme.
Pros:

Senza dubbio una bellissima struttura. Piscina rooftop bellissima e spa collegata con bangi termali di Merano molto belli.

Cons:

Un po' più di flessibilità sull'orario di arrivo non guasterebbe. Cena saltata perchè arrivato in hotel alle 915 e la cucina era già chiusa. Avevo acquistato la mezza pensione.

Ogni volta che soggiorno in questo Hotel ne esco sempre rigenerato. Servizi al TOP. Il personale sempre disponibile e cordiale. Ti accoglie sempre con il sorriso. La cena è sempre un'ottima esperienza sia per come viene gestita la sala sia per i piatti preparati che regalano un'ulteriore esperienza di coccola personale grazie alla super professionalità di tutto il servizio.

Cons:

Un po deludenti sono le Terme (anche se non sono dell' Hotel questo è da dire) però sono collegate. Piu che terme sembrano un parco acquatico. Qui il personale lascia parecchio a desiderare soprattutto sulla pratica di occupare le postazioni come se fossimo in spiaggia anche se poi borse ed effetti personali si lasciano negli armadietti.

RIBADISCO che l'Hotel qui non c entra. Ma potrebbe farlo presente ai gestori delle Terme perché rovina l'immagine all'Hotel stesso, che rimane un vero gioiello a Merano. Ma le ultime volte ho notato un po di lamentele anche fra i frequentatori delle "Terme" sia di quelle pubbliche che della parte naturista.

Incredible service in the most beautiful place
Pros:

What a beautiful place! So glad we booked. We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday here, with our 3 sons (ages 17,20,22) and it was the most perfect place. The facilities, the staff, the food, all wonderful. Cannot fault it.

Die Lage der Therme ist fantastisch. Der Hotel Spa Bereich ist sehr toll und sehr sauber mit einem herrlichen Blick. Das Restaurant war gut.

Es war wunderbar und wir werden gerne wieder kommen und sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Der Wellness und Spa-Bereich ist sehr gut und da im Preis inbegriffen wunderbar. Die Lage ist herrvorragend. Die Drinks an der Bar sehr gut und den Mitarbeitenden da merkt man an, dass sie ihre Arbeit gern machen.
Sehr geschätzt haben wir, den Geburtstagskuchen welcher als Überraschung aufs Zimmer geliefert wurde. Sehr vielen herzlichen Dank, daür.

In deze omgeving, luxe en wellness kom ik pas echt tot rust.
Pros:

Alles. Modern Thermen hotel op een geweldige locatie, op directe loopafstand van het stadje met prachtig uitzicht over de bergen. Heerlijk eten. En 30 graden zwembadwater!!!!
