We had a great time. Our son loved the breakfast buffet.
Pros:

The property is so convenient to get to Rialto Bridge. Quick walk!

Cons:

The room is small but it’s Venice so it’s expected.

Missed Opportunity for a A+ Review
Pros:

The location is an easy walk to the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. Breakfast in the morning was good.

Cons:

The hotel charged us 230 Euros for an 11 minute transfer from St. Lucia train station which was exhorbatent. We asked for a bottle of water at the front desk and were denied because they only put two small bottles of water in the room in the evening. The wait staff in the restaurant were uninterested in ensuring customers were made to feel welcome. We were not impressed with the service after experiencing exceptional service in our travels through Italy.

Gezellig en goed ingericht hotel vlakbij het San Marcoplein
Pros:

De ligging is superpraktisch. In het centrum maar toch rustig omdat je in een zijstraatje logeert. De kamer was heel ruim en mooi ingericht. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is vers en uitgebreid.

Wonderful Hotel in great location
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful with directions and reservations for dinner. The rooftop patio was lovely and we enjoyed evening drinks with lovely view.
The bed and bedding was comfortable and hotel was quiet for great night's sleep..

We loved our stay and highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel and perfect location
Pros:

We highly recommend this beautiful hotel for your stay in Venice. The service is excellent and the staff is super friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable and the bathroom is huge! The location is close to restaurants, shopping, and very close to the taxi service so you don't have to travel far with luggage.
