Plug in bathroom sink got stuck
Washing machine did not work
Actually caused minor flooding and given an upgrade to a very nice apartment adjacent

Worth every penny.
Pros:

The room was lovely with a beautiful view of the bay. Liquor store on one side and a cafe on the other. Short walk to the pier to catch ferries and meet tour guides. 5 minute walk to the town centre with all the restaurants and shops. Very nice (and clean) swimming pool.

Cons:

Nothing, really. Great hotel with a very nice and friendly staff.

Gute Location in perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand…..sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage….. ausgesprochen freundliches Personal am Empfang.

Cons:

Ein paar kleinere Reparaturen - Tür zum Bad klemmt etc…… aber nichts relevantes.
