Waterfront views and spacious, well-equipped apartment walking distance to ferry and restaurants.
Pros:

Spacious apartment with beautiful water views. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Located walking distance to Russell ferry, restaurants and shops. Two bathrooms were well designed and not cramped. Walk in robe to main bedroom was useful. The furnishings are a little tired but still adequate.

Cons:

The apartment needs block-out curtains in both bedrooms. Light from street infiltrates main bedroom in spite of window coverings. A little traffic noise but not major. The second bedroom has no opening window so is a little stuffy as no fresh air can enter. The only window covering is a venetian blind that does not fit well and the light from the lift and stair landing right outside lights up the room at night. This was a real issue for the person using the second bedroom.

Great spot, beautiful view, would definitely stay again
Pros:

Great location, beautiful view, comfortable, spacious rooms

Cons:

One cupboard wasnt clean, stacks of rubbish maybe forgotten to be cleaned from people before? Apart from that couldnt see it so everything else was excellent

Pros:

Location was central. The room was very spacious and the facilities in the apartment were excellent. In regarding the view of the apartment was facing the swimming pool.

Cons:

We were not aware of the construction work happening on the roadside which was bit noisy and holding up of the traffic. Also the Edgewater Apartments were renovating one block of the apartments.

Great one night stay, beautiful well appointed rooms, good value and location. Locked parking was appreciated.
Pros:

Beautiful room, kitchen, separate ensuite for each room. Secure locked parking. Good value for 3 people for one night.

Cons:

A spa pool next to the pool would be great. We did use the pool it was lovely but cooler weather now it would’ve been great to have a hot soak after cold swim.

Definitely not my last visit to Edgewater Palms
Pros:

Excellent location right across from a pristine beach with easy walk to shops, restaurants and watersports. Flexible pleasant staff. Very spacious, well appointed and comfortable room. Convenient basement parking.

Cons:

It's really hard to fault but if I were to be picky I'd say including kids board games for the rainy days and perhaps lockable rooms would make it a tad more convenient. With the pool being too cold during autumn, having a spa bath would have been the cherry on top
