Not as great as our other stays
Pros:

Pool, location was good, rooms were clean.

Cons:

The food was not up to standard (been to other properties multiple times) It was subpar, every meal the food was constantly empty

Nice, comfortable room & a horrible breakfast.

Room was good, everything there was nice, it was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible (but that's unfortunately the case in almost all the american hotels I stayed at). How can you mkae scrambled eggs from powder when you have easily accessible eggs everywhere? No fresh vegetables at all, everything covered with tons of salt and oil. Plastic cutlery, cups and plates? Come on... you are a hotel, not a drive thru. I'm completely disappointed. All I need from a hotel is to have a good sleep, good shower and a good breakfast, everything else is additional.

Surprised of all the things offered, relaxing, and comfortable!
Pros:

The staff was great and the food was wonderful we didn't have to leave for meals and there were many options for picky kids. The adult drinks was a appreciated add on after a long day of traveling 😊

Cons:

The hot tub was broke when we were there.. but I understand things happen, there's is always next time.

Overall my stay was good .

staff was very friendly . Rooms clean and facility

Cons:

Maintenance Man walked in room un announced while 2nd party was sleeping . With no explanation. Tried to call front desk about situation no answer and went down to front desk and was very busy . Which was understandable lobby very busy due to customers trying to check in for baseball game and concert same day .

Everything we needed was available. Very comfortable and convenient. This chain was strongly recommended by friends and it did not disappoint. The perks of meals at no added cost was amazing. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

This hotel is excellent! It was close enough to the convention center that we could walk. The staff was so friendly and the food was excellent. The hotel was clean and very nice! Thank you for everything!
