Pros:

Nice place to relax

Cons:

Jets in our room were extremely loud and needed maintenance. We didn't complain though. Upon checking out we informed them, and we were reimbursed our entire amount. They went above and beyond as far as we are concerned. We will for sure be returning.

The room was named nice. We enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Cons:

That our room wasn't ready & we got there 20 mins. after 3:00 pm. The lady never told us that our room was ready, 1hour later we were told it's ready after my husband asked what was the hold up. The next day that same lady was acting like I did something wrong. I did get a full refund. I wasn't expecting that. Too many kids at the pool. (Parties)

Our stay was excellent, from check in to check out!
Pros:

Free breakfast and dinner, it was clean, comfortable rooms and beds, and the staff were incredibly nice. The best staff I have ever encountered at a hotel!

Cons:

I have no complaints at all.

Pros:

The staff were extremely accommodating and hospitable.

Cons:

The property is aging attracting a weekend party-crowd with weekends being extremely kid-concentrated, especially in the pool areas with limited adult supervision. The property lacks sufficient staffing to keep up with maintenance and cleaning for the large occupancy. The mattresses were filthy and we didn’t realize it until AFTER we stripped the beds and had checked out!

Pros:

The room was amazing. Very spacious and quiet. The check out went smooth. The dinner buffet was exactly as expected. The pool was clean, inviting and outside patio had enough chairs and tables to enjoy, thank you again.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The night we stayed one of the dryers quit on them and only a half of the towels were dry. They were sending a few people to another Drury but I told them we weren’t sure where the other one was. They upgraded our room that had a separate seating area! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful
