coming in late after 5 p.m which many people do when travelling,i had to walk all the down to hindley street with my bags,because the access is denied even to store your bags,iwon't do that again

After we booked property was sent an invoice for a $300 holding deposit. When I queried, was sent a "as per my previous email"
Pick up keys after hours from another property in Hindley St which is difficult, especially in an Uber or cab

Very clean and perfect location

For an apartment,it had no microwave,the fridge was a bar fridge and turned off. A bottle lid under cabinet beside the bed. There was a pair of shoes under the bed. The tv is old and constantly went on the blink. Curtains were filthy and so were the glass doors.

Great location and large apartment with lots of space. A bit noisy being on the street end with the pub, but not a deal breaker!

Good location. Good room layout. Good to have microwave,toaster. Hard to find as different name on outside of building. Lounge stained. Needs some updating, usb points would be handy.Doors separating bedroom/lounge shouldn't be glass. Overall a good stay.

Very dated uncomfortable bed and even though it was an event weekend it was overpriced. Paying for water and parking on top was annoying given the price

Arrived before check in, requested to leave bags until able to check in - was made to feel like an inconvenience. Was charged a $200 deposit for the room when I had already paid for the room outright. Unable to check in past 5pm due to reception closing, was told to pick up keys from different apartment. Arrived at said apartment to collect keys at 5.05pm and keys had not been delivered yet. Finally got to apartment and realised no portacot had been left in the room (was a special request) which lead to my 6 week old having to sleep in the pram. Unable to bring this to anyone’s attention in person as reception did not open until 9am and we checked out early.

Whilst we had a large and spacious balcony (first floor apartment) there was no balcony furniture and the floor of it was dirty (cigarette butts).

Water pressure in the shower was ok but not fantastic. Water temperature nice and hot.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom; I only had short showers and the mirror did not steam up.

The lift made groaning noises, and there is obvious lift works not completed (there is a sign stating as such, which indicates it's been like this for a considerable amount of time).

Bed quite firm.

Bedrooms quite stuffy; air conditioner only in the lounge room.

Had to unplug a bedside lamp to plug in my phone charger to have my phone on bedside table.

Ample wardrobes in both bedrooms although there was no full length hanging space in one of the bedrooms, only half height hanging and shelves. Mirror on the inside of one of the wardrobe doors.

Some skirt and shirt hangers in wardrobe.

Couch had quite a few dirty marks on it.

Loud music played Friday and Saturday nights until 1am.

Entrance to the car park is a *VERY* tight corner. Other family scraped the side of their hire car when exiting. Also have to be *extremely* close to the gate for the remote control to work - this is known by the management as the reception staff advise this is how it is. When on a very steep incline, trying to deal with this was stressful.

Very convenient location with a supermaket and eateries within easy walking distance.

The reception staff were amazing, so very welcoming.

The condition of apartment only just average. lift broke down during stay and customer support about this VERY poor. No daily apartment service happened despite being told it would. bathroom floor not clean and very stuffy in the bedrooms.

Great stay close to the East end of town and also Rundle Mall, although East End was much more our style. Great room, good staff at the front desk. Only issue was no safe in the toom.

Great location for Rundle St. Prompt response to request for room shift appreciated. Good value for money overall with street parking nearby not a problem at night.

Brilliant location and great onsite parking! Great for families visiting the city!
