Would stay again due to the convenience of location and facilities met with our family
Pros:

Location was central to all activities we were participating in

Cons:

The accomodation within was great with facilities and a gorgeous view from our room but unfortunately the windows of the room are thin, rattle with the wind and hear the traffic which can keep you awake, even on the 19th floor Curtains keep some of the cold out.

Pros:

We were upgraded to a lake view room which was much appreciated, and our request for an upper floor was met.

Cons:

Small/ cheap TV with three remotes and no clear instructions for how to use them!

Absolutely fantastic!!!!
Pros:

Everything!!! It was a great size, excellent views, so close to the main centre and absolutely clean. We hope to return soon.

Cons:

Toilet rolls were a little thin.

Pros:

Great location

Cons:

It is very dated, old furniture and art work, etc, toilets had old plastic seats
En suite bathroom shower was too small to even use for a large person
There were very strong cooking smells throughout the facility due to residents who permanantly live there
