Slight damp smell when first walked into apartment. Let some air in and it was fine.
Spacious apartment with great views. Great location for us - close to Stage 88, and an easy walk into Canberra Central. Parking was also easy.
Overall we were very happy with the apartment and would stay again.
The location was great but the facility itself was quite dated. The staff were very helpful and professional. The level of cleanliness was not the best. It was relatively affordable, So it would be best suited for people who are tight on budget. If I really want comfort and luxury, I would look elsewhere.

The location and the air conditioning were good. The beds were comfortable.
The bathroom! Everything about it was hideous and repulsive. Mould in the bathtub with the overhead shower which had somebody else’s used wrung out face washer hanging over it, the drain was extremely dirty, there were tiles coming off the wall.
The kitchen looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, the big glass window had terrible marks on it, the freezer was overly frozen and the fridge was dirty, the oven (not that I would use the cooking facilities) had foil trays in it, the power points were all dirty with grease. It was disgusting.
Also not happy to pay $15/night to park my car, this should be a given!
We did a road trip Melb-Syd-Melb stopping overnight at 7 locations and this property was the only filthy one, and the most pricey. I have more pictures but could only post four.
Location was amazing. The views from the apartment were very interesting. Underground parking was worth the cost
We were unhappy with the bedding. Stains on sheets and quilts. Management were alerted to this.
Great location / large apartment / cooking facilities / car parking / clean & presentable. Staff were helpful in time of need.

Shower over bathtub. TVs were old-fashioned and small for current standards only ABC and SBS available. The first floor apartment had a view to the car park. Had to keep curtains to cover the windows to have privacy.

The room the second night was run down, not clean, not enough towels, poorly maintained.

The room was spacious, pool was warm and staff were great.
The pillows were not the best. Too soft. The Bathroom needs a little care and maybe renovation. The shower needs a curtain so that the water does not spray everywhere.
Pool area is excellent. Size of unit. Proximity to venues. Staff were extremely helpful and responsive to our needs.
Could be cleaner. Needs upgrade in crockery and kitchenware.
The proximity to Canberra CBD & Lake Burley Griffin was terrific. We enjoyed using the tennis court & pool. We appreciated the apartments being spacious.
