Only the location and the friendly staff.

Cons:

In five days they hadn't changed or replaced a single item on the simple breakfast menu, so it got very boring. That is far from what one would expect from a four star rated hotel.

The hotel is located near some kind of garbage storage and they start collecting these huge garbage containers in the middle of the night, which makes horrendous sound.

The property is in the city centre which is nice. The underground parking is also good.
The front-desk staff are very kind, helpful and happy to help you with anything you need.

Cons:

The bathtub wasn’t the cleanest one I’ve seen. The breakfast is very good at 7:30, but if it happens to go later, around 9:30-10:00, they lack some of the food, coffee, juices. Would be nice to have a more diverse breakfast with more things to eat and also pairs of slippers in every room so you don’t need to walk in the outdoor shoes.

De locatie ligt perfect gelegen in het centrum op loopafstand van de haven voor een walvis trip. De kamer was ruim van opzet en je hebt geen last van geluid(en) van andere kamers of de gang.

Cons:

De badkamer was ouderwets, de bril van het toilet zat los en het warme water was wat snel op. Het ontbijt kan het assortiment wat uitgebreider. Voor ons kleine dingen, we hebben ons verblijf als zeer prettig ervaren
