Decent hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff, good breakfast, great location in the middle of the old town, nice room, great bed

Cons:

At busier times of day, the wi-fi didn't suffice. I had to work and it couldn't sustain my calls (only around the hours most people were in their rooms, middle of the day was fine). It was very noisy outside too (I had a room on the street side). Had to sleep with earplugs. Bathroom is a little outdated - I don't like shower curtains but that's personal.

Eine schöne Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ponta Delgada
Pros:

Das zentral gelegene, stilvolle Hotel überzeugt durch seine geschmackvolle Ausstattung, das sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Personal und ein qualitativ hochwertiges und variables Frühstücksbüffet. Die Zimmerausstattung ist primär funktional und entspricht den Anforderungen im Allgemeinen.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer bedarf kleinerer Reparaturen (Toilettenrollenhalter, Toilettendeckel). Ansonsten gibt es keinen Grund zur Beanstandung.

Pros:

Quartos lindíssimos, extremamente limpos e confortáveis. Pequeno almoço bem composto, com produtos locais muito frescos e saborosos. Hotel localizado bem no centro, perto de vários restaurantes, cafés e mercados a poucos minutos a pé. O estacionamento para colocar o carro implica sempre a descida num "elevador" mas com roda a ajuda do staff do Hotel.

Surprised me for how nice it is.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and very well located in central city. It’s located on a narrow city street with plenty of local food options around and markets. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The furniture is antique but fits well the hotel and works as charm. Nothing to complain about them. Beds and mattresses are good quality and seemed quite nice for a good night full of sleep. Unfortunately my stay was due to a flight cancellation and only got 4 hours sleep. Bathroom is spacious and has all basic needs. The body and hair gel had a very nice scent.

Cons:

If I have to complain about anything would be the bath tub is quite high getting in and out, and the bottom of tub even though has anti slip surface was a bit slippery. Just something keep in mind specifically for elderly people.

Excellent location, restaurants, buses and tourist information walking distance.
Pros:

It was a little bit dated but overall it was excellent value, perfect location. Breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable. It was a little bit dated but had everything we needed.

Good stay
Pros:

Azores get aways set us up with this hotel. Perfect breakfast and location. However lower score due to lack of friendliness and warmth of staff. Can’t recall if we saw a staff smile in 4 days. Don’t expect a welcome drink like we got from other hotels in Portugal. Still a great stay in a clean hotel with a queen bed.

Todo, me gusto sus habitaciones amplisimas y su cama comodisima, lo bien decorado que esta todo, su personal muy amable, el desayuno delicioso y su ubicacion en el centro de ponta delgada/

Cons:

Por poner algo negativo no me gusto que tengan bañera en vez de ducha, ademas la mia resbalaba algo. Les reconendaria que cambiaran las bañeras por duchas.

A nice place to recover after long hikes
Pros:

A comfortable place in a nice location. The rooms are spacious. The common spaces provide a quiet and smooth environment. Everything works fine. The breakfast is excellent. It really was a great stay. It was the second time. And both times were great.

Cons:

The bathrooms might need a few updates: i) The shower is good, but could be improved and ii) There are no plugs.
