Un lieu charmant à découvrir
Pros:

Les lieux plein de charme , la gentillesse du personnel et la possibilité de dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel.
L'emplacement , idéal pour visiter la ville

Cons:

Pas de bouilloire pour se préparer un thé.
Une petite attention aurait été la bienvenue, ce qui est souvent le cas dans les hôtels au Portugal.

Great everything! Perfect location for walking around the city, and daytripping from.
Pros:

Great everything! Joanna at the front desk was delightful and SO helpful with information that made our stay great. The hotel was a great price for the location and amenities including delicious breakfast buffet each day. We walked most everywhere except for a few daytrips to Furnas, Sete Cidades, Nordeste....We were in Ponta Delagada for dinner most days.

Excellent central location with fantastic staff
Pros:

Fantastic location with great restaurants and bars close by. We enjoyed the breakfast on site each day, as well as the parking. The staff was fantastic and very helpful.

Pros:

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were helpful with ordering a taxi to the airport and various requests I had. The food during breakfast was very good and fresh fruit was appreciated. Rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Cons:

Walls are thin so you can hear conversations in other rooms.

Pros:

Localização no centro da cidade, quarto e banheiro muito bons, cama confortável. Bom café da manhã, não muita variedade, mas ótimos produtos locais. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Recomendo.
