Pros:

Super Lage, tolles altes Gebäude, schöne große Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal- was will man mehr?

Cons:

Nur 2 Kleinigkeiten: es gab nur eine Sorte Tee (Azorean Tea), wir hätten gerne andere Sorten gehabt beim Frühstück. Die Garage beim Hotel ist eine Herausvorderung, einparken (mit Autolift) nur mit Anweisung. Ist aber der zentralen Lage geschuldet, in der Nähe gibt’s Outdoor- Parkplätze.

Tolles zentrales Hotel mit netten Personal und Pool
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Stadt, sodass man in 5 Minuten an allen zentralen Orten und Restaurants ist. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alle sprechen gutes Englisch, sodass man auch ohne Portugiesisch Kenntnisse super klar kommt. Die Zimmer war sehr großzügig und sauber. Das ganze Hotel wirkte sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.
Auch wenn die Zimmer sehr schön sind, könnten die Bäder mal eine Renovierung vertragen.

étape courte très pratique sur le chemin du retour; un bon départ pour la visite de Ponta Delgad
Pros:

chambre était confortable, ample, et ergonomique. Bien climatisée et service très attentif du personnel.

Cons:

un problème de bruit issu de la cour intérieure (piscine) est assez pénalisant si on veut dormir fenêtres ouvertes

Pros:

The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and accommodating. They also recommended what became our favourite restaurant on the island.
The location was great, central and very easy to walk everywhere in Ponta Delgado.
There is parking at the hotel using a very quaint car lift system!

Pros:

Bem hôtel au centre de la vielle ville. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Ponta Delgada et se déplacer à pied dans la ville.
Ma chambre était spacieuse, confortable et propre.
Le personnel à l'accueil était très disponible, serviable et agréable. Carlos en particulier a fait toute la différence, bons conseils de visite et une belle surprise le jour de mon anniversaire.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4*. Pas de thé breakfast, les oeufs brouillés secs, tous les jours la même chose. Vraiment dommage!

Great stay in the Azores - highly recommend the hotel
Pros:

Loved the hotel design blending modern and traditional. Pool was a bonus but be prepared as it’s not heated. Staff were amazing - so helpful and gave us towels for use at the beach, days out to the thermal pools, waterfalls etc.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little bland and there were a few days where staff started to clear it away 20 mins or so before 10.30am.
