Pros:

Hotel bardzo przyjemny, czysty. Pokój duży z bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem. Obsluga bardzo miła i pomocna. Polecam zarówno na krotki jak i na dłuższy pobyt.

Cons:

Śniadanie troche mało zróżnicowane ale smaczne. Przydal by sie wiekszy wybór potraw.

3. 30min. Nice walking route to the old town ❣️
4. Nice matrace and very good sleep.
5. A lavish breakfast with a vast selection -
An extensive breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Cleanliness level in the room was not such good. For instance we've found fingermarks on the inside surface of the room's entrance door and traces of dirtiness in the bathroom.
This was something requiring attention by the hotel's top management for the future.

However, except mentioned points, our general impression of the hotel is very good and positive 🙏🙏🙏

Great hotel with great staff
Pros:

On the first night, we were given an outdated room that did not match the details of our booking. I raised the issue, but since the hotel was fully booked, they asked us to stay in that room for the night. The following day, they moved us to a large presidential suite for the remaining two nights, which compensated for the inconvenience.

Pros:

location was really good, 20 minutes walk to old town and also bus stop there to the hotel.
room was big and clean

Cons:

breakfast and staff in the dinning. breakfast was from 7 and i had to leave at 7:20, so I asked to give something to put some desserts as I had no time and got answer it was not permitted to take away, that was the rule. when i told them it was to rude and i have paid for it, brought small container

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel esta bien, se llega en unos 25 minutos andando al centro de la ciudad y la zona donde esta ubicado esta bien
El desayuno esta bien y bastante completo
Estuvimos en una habitación familiar compuesta por dos habitaciones y un baño, el tamaño de la habitación esta bien pero el baño muy pequeño

Cons:

El baño era demasiado pequeño y el hotel necesita una reforma, las habitaciones no están muy bien mantenidas
