Propre et pratique
Pros:

L’hôtel est propre.
Il est bien desservis par le bus ce qui permet de rejoindre le centre assez facilement et laisser la voiture sur place.
Le personnel est accueillant et assez réactif (nous avons eu un problème avec la porte de notre chambre qui n’avait plus de batterie et cela a été réglée très vite alors qu’il été tard).
La piscine est très bien.
Nous avons pu avoir notre chambre avant l’heure prévue

Cons:

Le parking est très petit il ne dispose que de quelques places.
Nous n’avons pas aimé le petit déjeuner.
Il manque un peu d’ombre à la piscine.

A amazing holiday in a hotel that is brilliantly located with a great vibe to it!

I thought some of the products for breakfast were of low quality for the hotel rating. Coffee, fruit and greek yoghurt

Fabulous location half way between Old Town one side and beach bars the other side
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast and bar menu was fabulous and much cheaper than in tourist areas

Cons:

Pool was smaller than expected and most was in the shade during the day. In fact we never managed to get a sunbed during our stay

We had a wonderful and very enjoyable stay and would happily choose Hotel Lero again.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lero and were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and well maintained, with spacious rooms and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, professional and always helpful.

The location is excellent, with easy access to Dubrovnik’s Old Town, Lapad and the surrounding area. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options.

Overall, Hotel Lero exceeded our expectations and was a great choice for our stay in Dubrovnik. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Pros:

The room was very spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. The shower was powerful and bathroom was a good size. The hotel was only a couple minutes from a bus stop which runs directly to Dubrovnik old town every 10-15 minutes.

Cons:

The pool area was very small in comparison to the size of the hotel and number of guests staying. We never got the chance to use the pool as there was nowhere to sit.
