Pros:

Good location for the old town, but it out the way.

Pros:

Posizione piuttosto comoda fuori dal traffico della città.( raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti). Ci sta una fermata dell' autobus molto vicino.
La stanza è grande e accogliente.

A pleasant stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. They helped me buy my Dubrovnik day pass. I was happy with that. Breakfast spread was good but it was almost the same on both mornings.

Cons:

The location was a good 40 minute walk to old town. Not as near as stated by some reviews. However, you can wait for the bus which runs right in front of hotel.

Excelente.
Pros:

Fora das muralhas, porém perto, 10 minutos de Uber até ás muralhas. Ponto de ônibus pertinho do hotel. Mercado e dois restaurantes a 60 metros do hotel. Dois restaurantes localizados dentro do hotel. Café excelente. Piscina. Praia quase na frente do hotel. A entrada das praias , fica entre os dois restaurantes, localizados a 60 metros do hotel descida simples até as praias, a última praia é a melhor. Cama ok. Chuveiro ok. Quartos novos (mas parece que existem quartos mais velhos), Atendimento excelente. Check in apenas no horário proposto, porém guardam as malas .

Pros:

O hotel fica a quase 2km do centro histórico (Old Town), que dá para ir a pé (descida) ou você pode comprar o bilhete de ônibus no próprio hotel por 1,73 euros ( ônibus nº 4). Quarto confortável, com varanda que dá para a piscina, mas não tem barulho. Café da manhã gostoso assim como o jantar. Tem farmácia ao lado do hotel. Estacionamento de cima tranquilo para estacionar. Recomendo o hotel.

Not A 4* Hotel
Pros:

Sorry - but this is not a 4* hotel - 3* at best
The positive was a good location to the Old Town & buses to other areas
However
Our room at the back of the hotel overlooked the kitchen roof - with the extractor fan switching on at 5:45 in the morning. The view was of a brick wall & apartments
Cleaners were often noisy early in the morning - so not great for sleeping
Breakfast was limited - in comparison to another 4* hotel in the area where there was a fab choice - freshly cooked omelettes etc - the Lero should improve their choices/options
Staff were friendly - but we were overcharged for drinks one night in the bar - the drinks were just not delivered - the staff argued that they had been delivered - they eventually took the drinks off the bill - personal opinion was that they were too busy watching the football
Finally if the hotel have a policy of guests being unable to reserve sun beds they should enforce it. We witnessed 2 ladies chase the sun around the pool with all the beds they had reserved

Great Location, great service and amazing stuff
Pros:

Hotel was really comfy, we got double upgrade and in the end we had an apartment with sea view. Breakfast was good, service was on spot and also pool is very convenient and clean! 10/10
