Super, maar kwaliteit kan zeker omhoog.
Pros:

Ontbijt, personeel, zwembad en tuin

Cons:

Kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt met stof op de glas tafels en stof op de wanden en plafond. Gerapporteerd aan de receptie maar niets mee gedaan ondanks beloften.
Het hotel is leuk maar heeft veel weg van 'vergane glorie'. Is ernstig toe aan een upgrade.

Lovely hotel, staff a true asset, food could not be faulted, most comfortable bed and best hairdryer EVER in a hotel.
Pros:

Large rooms, lovely bathrooms, staff in restaurants and bars fantastic. Pool area spotless, animation sports team very knowledgeable and professional not pushy.

Cons:

Tad noisy early in the mornings where room above had babies/children 07:00 awake most days until they left for breakfast.

Pros:

les petits-déjeuners et les diners étaient de très hautes qualités : thèmes quotidien pour les diners, grand choix d'entrées, de plats de résistances ou de desserts

Cons:

l'évacuation de la douche étant partiellement bouchée, nous l'avons signalé plusieurs fois à la réception sans réaction de leur part

Séjour très agréable, malgré quelques améliorations à prévoir
Pros:

le cadre, le personnel très accueillant tout en restant discret, le confort des chambres, les jardins très bien entretenus

Cons:

L’aspect un peu vieillot (en particulier la moquette des couloirs), l’isolation phonique dans les chambres, le buffet du restaurant le soir (pas assez varié, les plats pas assez chauds), le salon trop petit pour avoir une chance de trouver une place après dîner.

Pros:

- El Jacuzzi de la habitación y su amplitud.
- La limpieza de la habitación
- La simpatía del personal, tanto en la entrada como en el comedor, de cada uno de los camareros.
- La comida no es "mala", no está del todo mal en el Buffet. Tampoco es que sea exquisito, pero no está mal.

Cons:

- Las instalaciones son "viejas". Las habitaciones sobre todo, tienen muchos "apaños" de obra mal ejecutados, en esquinas, en el suelo, en bañera, manchas de pintura. No entiendo como ningún responsable del Hotel no está constantemente supervisando estas cosas.
- No vale ni de lejos el precio que piden por una noche con desayuno. Me ha decepcionado mucho.
- Pasillo con moqueta horrible, típica de Hotel de los años noventa, color de las paredes feo y tétrico.
- Puertas de todas las habitaciones dañadas.
- Habitación sobrecargada con mucha madera, olor a "viejo", las luces de la habitación llena de bichos, conductos de ventilación llenos de polvo, teléfono fijo en el baño de hace 20 años.
- La cama no es cómoda, se hunde en exceso.El colchón sería bueno hace 15 años, ahora le han puesto el típico sobre colchón.
- Televisión sin Netflix, ni Amazon o Disney +, sin internet. Un completo atraso en 2026.
- Mobiliario, hasta en el "piano" bar o el comedor, es viejo y descuidado, en cualquier mueble que te fijes verás imperfecciones del desgaste.
- El aire acondicionado viejo también, no funciona correctamente.
- Los precios de la web están mal y las reservas en Booking también. Seleccionas una cama doble en una habitación de dos y justo en otro apartado te dice que son dos camas individuales, cuidado con eso.
- Es tan antiguo el Hotel, que ni los precios están actualizados en la web, los PDF's de la página oficial no sirven, después intentan clavarte 10€ más en el SPA. Finalmente decidimos no ir por este motivo al SPA.
- Si veo un Hotel "5 estrellas", me imagino pantallas táctiles en el baño, comodidades nivel premium, limpieza exquisita, minibar gratuito, teléfonos actuales, TV de pantalla grande con Internet, una cama que te duermas y parezca que te abrace un ángel. Me he quedado en otros y se nota que reinvierten bien los beneficios en su infraestructura, en este NO es el caso.

Gut aber nicht der 5- Sterne und den Preis würdig.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut aber etwas weit um ins Zentrum zu kommen.
Es wurde sauber geputzt.
Das Personal war freundlich.
Poolanlage ist super, weil beheizt für die kleinen.
Spielplatz ist auch gut.

Cons:

Austattung ist veraltet.
Auswahl beim Frühstück wurde bei bgrösserer Auslastung des Hotels plötzlich erhöht. Wir kamen uns nach einer Woche etwas verarscht vor deswegen.
Auswahl war gross aber die Brote hatten nicht immer den frisschesten eindruck gemacht.
Wir waren 10 mal beim Frühstück und am warmen Buffet und bei den Broten gabe es eigentlich immer das gleiche.
Safe war nur mit Servicepersonal öffenbar bei der Ankunft. Türe war nicht abschliessbar von innen und der Techniker musste zweimal kommen um es zu beheben. Fernbedienung war nach der hälfte unseres Aufenthalts defekt. Haben aber sofort Ersatz bekommen.

High standard in hospitality, but small annoyance
Pros:

Very comfortable. Most staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Great balcony and sea view. Everything one could expect from top notch hospitality standard.

Cons:

On our final morning we received a letter under the door while at breakfast. The wording was atrocious and more or less told us we couldn't stay any longer because we had no credit. It actually transpired that on arrival we had not been asked to authorise a card for expenses, even though I had prepaid accommodation and breakfast for every day. A fault of some staff but when I finally got the explanation from reception staff there was no apology, simply an implication that it was my fault. I did receive an apology after providing feedback to the hotel via the contact option in booking.com. However the whole matter was quite infuriating and prevents me from giving a rating of 10/10, which would otherwise have been the case. Good business is a partnership: I trust a hotel to provide good hospitality and they should trust me to pay expenses instead of making me feel like a criminal!

Very relaxing break in beautiful grounds with fantastic food
Pros:

Beautiful grounds with warm swimming pools . Ample sun-loungers . Located on the edge of the town by a lovely beach . The food is exceptional. Really good quality and such a wide choice , I wanted it all ! The staff are very attentive and friendly.
The rooms are large and spacious with large storage areas and a huge bathroom with full sized bath and walk in showers. Nice furniture on the balconies to sit pit and relax on .

Cons:

It is a little tired . The carpets in the communal hallways are water stained in many places. The room we had was acceptable but a few cracked tiles etc , it really needs a refurb . Also some of furniture geeks like it’s lost its support due to age .

We enjoyed our 2 week stay very much. It was relaxing and peaceful.
Pros:

Dinning room was very good.Breakfast and dinner very good. Room location good with view of sea. Pool area was excellent except for toilets.

Cons:

Carpets in corridors are quite shappy. Pool toilets could be cleaner.
