The hotel is need of a big modernization in particular the common areas. Very old and dirty carpet everywhere. Breakfast hall and buffet was not a 5 star
Having visited this hotel three years ago, we returned on the basis that the rooms were lovely and clean, the food was nice and the service impeccable.
Unfortunately it seems this is no longer the case! Having to ask for robes and slippers (which should be in the room for arrival), towels to be left on two consecutive days and for the room to be cleaned isn’t what you expect at a five star hotel. Waiting over an hour for a drink in the restaurant (despite asking a number of times and the waiting staff forgetting to bring it) isn’t acceptable and neither is being handed a stone cold pizza which we paid for and was left on a table for 20 minutes. Other things we were willing to overlook (such as no table service for tea/coffee at breakfast and mediocre food) but the service this trip has been truly shocking.

Location, beach access and pool. The evening entertainment was excellent.
The rooms were not clean, the pool area did not have good toilets and were out of soap.
The house keeping wasn’t upto standard. We often did not have towels and other amenities replaced in the rooms.
People often say that you should not go back to the same hotel but this is so wrong.
We have been visiting the Sheraton Fuerteventura Beach, Golf & Spa Resort for many years and we have never been disappointed. The whole experience from the time you arrive to the day you say farewell is so wonderful and refreshing. Even our Jet2 flights from Bristol on the 16 March 2026 were at times that are so convenient and easy.
All the staff at the hotel are amazing. Professional, polite, friendly and helpful. This has been something that we have always experienced ever since we started our holidays at the Resort. It is a credit to the Management that this attitude of customer awareness filters right down from the Managing Director through to every member of staff that you encounter during your holiday. You are always acknowledged with a smile and a greeting wherever you are in the Resort
I appreciate that many staff recognise us from our previous visits but the welcome you get when you arrive is genuine and sincere. We feel so at home at the Resort. For this holiday we were allocated a fabulous junior suite with views over the swimming pool and sea. It was very spacious, well maintained and comfortable. Our daily room service was impeccable and was always carried out when we were at breakfast, so our room was always ready and clean for the rest of the day. It truly was a first class house-keeping service.
Breakfasts are amazing with an excellent choice. It was so pleasant to sit and relax with freshly prepared food and barista made coffee to start another day.
Buffet dinners in Los Arcos are also very good with the emphasis being put on excellent quality food cooked extremely well. We also received an invitation to use the El Faro restaurant on one night and again this was excellent. The atmosphere here is much quieter, relaxed and refined. Perfect for a special evening dinner. We also used our invitation to the Thalasso Spa and again we found this to be excellent once again
The free Wifi is of a very good speed and the evening entertainments programme at the Piano Bar was of a very good standard and enjoyable.
We understand that the Resort will be closing for a refurbishment programme towards the end of the year and we will definitely return when it reopens sometime around may 2027
We have no hesitation in recommending the Sheraton Fuerteventura Breach, Golf & Spa Resort.
The view , the beach very close and the swimming pool heated
Too big, not easy to find a sunbed ( people used to reserve them very early in the morning pitting the towel on top of the sunbed), not easy to find towel for the sunbed.
Plus not very helpful when I asked for some dayly trip advice. I had to help myself
Hotel was great, amenities were great so were the staff and food. Only thing I would add was that the room that we booked deluxe with sea view was not as deluxe as was shown in the pictures but it might have been a bad luck. We will be back on Wednesday and hopefully will experience same wonderful service but with a better ( well expected ) room :-)
This was our third stay at the Sheraton.
The staff are amazing as always with the bar staff in the piano bar being especially excellent and attentive.
Rooms are fantastic and the grounds and pool area always well maintained.
Good selection for breakfast and we ate most days at the veranda bar at the pool. We were bed and breakfast only so cannot comment on the evening meals.
Never any issue getting a sunbed even though the hotel was full.
I have to give a particular mention to the guy who supplies the pool towels as I heard some people giving him a hard time when he was only following the rules. He was always respectful and polite where I would have struggled when being asked to change towels more than once per day.
Would definitely recommend staying here as it’s a fantastic experience.
Just home from a fab few days at Sheraton. Our room was spacious with pool and sea views and got sun on the balcony large part of the day from the front and the side. The exterior and the gardens are amazing as is the pool area with comfy sunbeds that actually didn’t give me backache like most do. We rated the food and staff highly too. Was surprised to hear it is closing for 6 months for a refurb as couldn’t find enough areas to take this amount of time and really hope they don’t change the character of the hotel especially the outside that’s stands out for the right reasons in the whole area. We will definitely return if they keep this character and amazing gardens
This is our second stay Sheraton and it doesn’t disappoint. Our first visit was November last year we had a lovely room on the ground floor. The room had everything you would expect of a five star hotel, the Terrace was big enough for a table and two chairs. This room was permanently in the shade which would be ideal in the summer. On this visit, we were in room 301 again another beautiful room with a very large balcony, which had sun loungers,chairs and a table. This room was South facing & you had shelter from the sea breeze.
I cannot speak highly enough of every staff member. They were polite, courteous and friendly. The breakfast there were a vast choice of all kinds of food. I cannot comment on evening meals as we only stayed B&B.
It is the 15 to 20 minute walk into the town, there is a large supermarket within five minute walk. The hotel is opposite a golf course and access out of the bottom gate brings you into the sea promenade.
My Understanding is that the hotel is due to be refurbished in October of this year.
We look forward to booking again when the hotel reopens.

We stayed here for 10 days in March. This is a big hotel at a fine location, but remember that since it is close to the airport you will hear planes flying over at low altitude. All staff were helpful and polite. We loved the breakfasts which had plenty of choice including fresh buns/bread, cheeses, meat and fish, and freshly prepared fruit and fruit drinks. We were grateful that 2 out of 3 of the outdoor pools were heated since we had a number of cool windy days with mixed clouds. Our room had classic cast iron furniture with a super king size bed and floor tiles, and a nice balcony. Tip for the top manager: next time you renovate the bathrooms please have shower rails installed in the shower that allow a hight adjustment of the shower head on the rail. This detail will especially be appreciated by guests who do not have an average height, and by wheelchair users, and is expected in a 5-star hotel!

Everything about this hotel is proper 5 star. The food was amazing, varied choice that change every night, we never ate out of the hotel, it was that good. Rooms are spotless and spacious with the balcony (sea view) having the best sunrises. Staff were brilliant, Carlos on reception was amazing, the bar and restaurant staff work so hard to make you feel 5 star. The hotel never felt busy even though it was near full.
