Beautiful hotel, great location and friendly staff. Special mention to the fabulous lady who delivered the water.
Pros:

Great facilities. Clean public spaces. Great friendly staff. Lovely comfortable clean rooms. Fabulous lady delivered water to our room every evening.

Cons:

Unfortunately most days from 12 pm to maybe 5pm extremely loud music in the pool area with the pools taken over by the kids club. Amazing if you have young children but my children are now late teens and they found it quite irritating. A suggestion could be maybe for two hours a day that this happens not the full afternoon. As a result we started going to the beach and paying for beds but music could still be heard very clearly. This was the only down side of our trip.

Fui por trabajo y hasta que me dieron la habitación correcta ya eran más de las 23 horas desde las 19:00 que llegué con lo que no me dio tiempo de cenar... lo pasé muy mal...

Cons:

La atención, el trato, la habitación sucia, el baño con kk, hormigas en el mueble de lavabo, la habitación sucia, contraté una habitación de 3 y me dieron una de 2, tenían que preparar una de 3 que para eso tuve que esperar más de 1 hora... cuando enseñé las fotos y videos me dieron la razón, con eso me quedé... no vuelvo a ir a este hotel, pagué 360€ por unas horas horribles...

The pool area was OK warm water.

Old! Poor maintenance! Miserable Staff! Don't bother this place is not worth the money it may have been nice back in the 80's but it not kept well, it should be a 3 star, rooms are old fashioned. Bed was grooved even had to share the terrace with 3 other rooms, what's that about!
Not one member of staff looked happy or asked if everything was OK even when we left.
At breakfast the waiter resembled quasimodo and shouted at his mate all through breakfast! They dont give a shiiit about the resident's.
The cafe was worn out it needed a refresh a coat of paint as were the furniture all ripped and worn out....
Wot a load of rubbish!!!

Beautiful property, but let down by poor service, food, and Wi-Fi.
My mother and I stayed here for one night. While the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with a great location, incredibly spacious rooms, and comfortable beds, the overall experience was a letdown for a 5-star establishment.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi, which barely worked. When I asked at reception, the staff was dismissive and rude, simply stating they didn't know why it wasn't working and that it "should be fine" (I've since noticed many other reviews mentioning the exact same issue). Additionally, dinner was a total disappointment. At 40 euros per person, the food quality was really poor and nowhere near 5-star standards. Beautiful building, but the management needs to address their service and dining.

Para empezar, cuando llegue me dijeron que tenía que dejar una fianza por si pedía algo adentro del hotel, que me parece fatal. En ningún hotel que me he quedado me había pasado esto, lo pedí todo incluido y resultó que era una pensión completa” que de completa no tenía nada, porque solo era desayuno y cena, aparte las bebidas tocaba pagarlas. FATAL ! La comida muy demandado regular. A mi pareja y a mí no nos gustó casi que nada. El desayuno era lo más pasable, de resto nada que ver. Decidimos probar restaurante asiático de ahí del hotel. Y que decepción. Muy feo. Nada bueno. La tv de la habitación no servía cuando llegamos, nos la cambiaron eso si pero bueno, para ser 5 estrellas como dicen que son. No se merecen las 5 se merecen 3 por ahí. Muy disgustado con nuestras vacaciones allí. No volvería nunca. Por lo que pagué me hubiera quedado en un hotel 10 veces mejor que este, DECEPCIÓN TOTAL !
