La literie, le personnel très a l écoute, et l emplacement idéalement situé.

Excellent location close to the bars restaurants and the beach in a relatively quiet side street. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful the housekeeper made up our room
perfectly. Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of food options .
The shower was of very poor design with water leaking all over the bathroom floor and although the staff provided extra towels to place around the shower enclosure both my wife and I found this extremely annoying. We were told most of the rooms suffered in the same way.

A very clean room in a nicely located area near the beach with a great breakfast served in the morning with loads of variety.

- Showerheads and water controls. You can wet yourself with cold water until you get the hang of how it works, what side to turn for cold/hot and which way to turn for hand/overhead shower.
- The hose of the hand( telephone) shower was squirting and needed a replacement or repair.
The beds were not locked and were constantly separating

The hotel has an exceptional location, that appears to be right in the heart of Varna, near cultural sights, fancy restaurants, cafe’s and its also next to the entrance of the sea garden.
I have no dislikes about the property.

Comfy beds, quiet, location right by the sea garden, 24 hour reception, very good breakfast (go early - 07:30 - for the pancakes and more choice)
We slept really well here and would definitely stay again.
The showers would benefit from renovation but they're still powerful enough, the doors just leak a little. Parking, even to drop off, is a nightmare but doable if the guys behind you are patient!
