Nice quiet, clean hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Computers were down and instead of asking us to wait she gave us our room keys and walked us to the room. Breakfast was good.
Was welcomed very warmly upon arrival. Lady who checked us in was very pleasant. Hotel smelled clean upon arrival. Room was clean upon arrival.
Breakfast was ok for the first morning. Decent selection of food. Only complaint is that pancake/waffle dispenser didn't appear to be working properly so had to remove lid and get from top. Mix seemed a bit thick. Did not get breakfast 2nd day as it appeared to be exact same thing as previous day.

I made a reservation for my family of 4 five months in advance, for a two-bedroom suite. When I arrived with two tired children after a full day of traveling, I was informed by the front desk that my reservation had been cancelled because they were overbooked, but that they reserved a standard room at a hotel 15 minutes away. No attempt was made to contact me in advance. I was also not offered any compensation for the downgrade and inconvenience. I was also informed by the poor front desk worker saddled with this job that her manager could not be reached and that she had tried (but failed) to persuade her manager to choose a different victim who didn't have young children on the reservation.
To Julie Carter, Director of Sales: your practices are unethical and abhorrent. If you're going to bump a "guest" because you chose to overbook your hotel, at least have the common decency to do the dirty work yourself rather than saddle your poor night shift desk worker with the task.

I have been here twice this month with Red Robin. I can not express the high level of hospitality. Cinnamon, Trina, and EVERYONE else made both visits not only enjoyable but more like home. Being a restaurant manager you would not think you would travel for extended periods. I have an elderly retired police dog at home and it is hard to leave him but the staff here made me feel great! They laughed joked with me and helped me get over my homesickness. Will definitely choose a Homewood suites anytime I travel. Thank you!!!!!!

Both Trina and Cinnamon were outstanding very courteous, professional and helpful always asking how I was doing asking if I needed any restaurants recommendations just awesome great staff and Sydney constantly checking in via text made me if secure & comfortable continue the great work training & hiring
Perfect location and fabulous room. Trina met me at front desk and was so kind and helpful. She even said, “Welcome Home” when I came back from my business meeting. I will be back home next time I’m in Bloomington.
