Good hotel, location and service
Pros:

Hotel was clean and breakfast was wonderful. They change it up every day so that’s beneficial if you’re staying a few days. Location for us great- one hour to Indy Museum and a little over an hour for shopping in Nashville, hiking Brown County state park. Friendly service at the desk and at breakfast. We really like that there were 5 deep drawers for clothes compared to other hotels where I sometimes have to keep things in suitcase. Coffee maker is one with those packets but desk happy to give you extra if needed. We were on the four floor so it took quite a while for shower to get warm water. But overall nice stay.

The pool was not open. Should be listed on website. Grandchildren disappointed. Was their birthday celebration weekend and Halloween.

An Amazing Hotel
Pros:

Thank you to the entire staff especially Katrina and Ben for such great customer service. I was traveling with my family for a funeral. They worked with our family through the many phone calls. My family had several rooms booked at the hotel. They taken the time to find out about our family member and provide us with a special welcome gift. That meant a lot to us. They even allowed us to check in early so we could get some rest before our visitation that night. They made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great. Everyone was friendly.

Great Experience!
Pros:

Glenda, Cinnamon, and the manager Ben were just a few of the highlights of this hotel. I was hired by Indiana University Hospital and relocated to this city. I had lived in the same city for 30 years and this hotel was my home for 3 weeks until we found a rental property. I am a physician and could have afforded many places but the above people and the housekeepers cleaning the rooms and making sure our 13 yo kitty was safe and not accidentally let out, not to mention they welcome pets were part of the reason Homewood suites will long be appreciated!

I promised and meant that I would do a review because all the people there took “the edge off” and made this hotel a temporary but appreciated temporary home.

Also a discount arranged by the Indiana university family, but we really appreciated the family feel and kindness of the staff during this transition.

Please give them all a bonus or a raise!

Pros:

Location was good. We were there to visit the downtown area and hike and this was a good in between location.

Cons:

I wish it would of had a bathtub. That is not something that was mentioned in the listing but most hotels used to have a bathtub. I think the listing should specify if it has a bath or shower.

Pros:

Our group enjoyed the spacious double king suite. The beds were super comfortable which made for a fantastic nights sleep, and it was great to have TWO bathrooms.. Breakfast was plentiful, well stocked and clean. Front reception staff were friendly kind and courteous.

Amazing quick weekend
Pros:

Room was clean and everything in working order. I checked in with the Hilton app and was sent my digital key, Cinnamon immediately messaged me welcoming me to my stay. I appreciated her attention to answering my questions. Vanessa at the front desk was able to help me when I need to run back up to my room at one point. Overall it was a great weekend stay that we enjoyed immensely.
