Pros:

Help offered to move suitcase upstairs as there was no lift.

It was a good stay
Pros:

Location is good, staff especially the man at the reception was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

I suggest putting lifts for vulnerable children and adults. Also the timing of breakfast should be extended to 10am.

Value for money, great location, close to town, a Sainsburys store, and right next to petrol station if you need to refi
Pros:

1. We’ll set up , room was spacious for me and the kids. Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels available, te/coffee at the table etc overall decent supplies for everything
2. Gentleman at the reception was very welcoming, supported us to the room and offered help with suitcases. Gave me an option as I had a little baby. More importantly, anything we needed help with he always had a smile on his face and ready to respond and help. 10/10 for his customer service skills , professionalism and presentation. He is such a great person to guests to GH.

Cons:

The breakfast was too early 0630am to 8:30am - not easy to make it on time when you have kids. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough variety of cooked breakfast options, only saw eggs, hash browns and beans. However, you get cereal s, juice and hot drinks in good supply.

Would strongly recommend if you are in Kidderminster, Shiva and his staff is incredible
Pros:

Central location, walking distance from main centre
Plenty of rooms
Always clean
Delicious breakfast (thanks to the Chef always welcome you with a smile)

Shiva is your guy at the hotel , he is extremely helpful easy to communicate with , he will try his level best to make your stay pleasant and comfortable

Pros:

Location was great for visiting town and local area.
Plenty of parking available on site.
Staff were very friendly and helpful during our visit.

Cons:

Having booked a King room we were disappointed at the low standard of the accommodation..whilst everything appeared clean marked walls, paper peeling, TV balanced between two items of furniture didn't scream "King"
Cooked breakfast was limited... sausage, hash brown, beans and boiled egg?. In addition toast, fruit and cereals also available.

Good location, shame about the breakfast
Pros:

It was a good location

Cons:

The breakfast, little choice, milk had gone off and needed to be replaced ( which the waiter did promptly) and the hot food was overcooked and dry.
