Nice and pleasant but could do with a little attention to detail on cleaning

Nice quiet hotel
Pros:

Cheap to book, convenient, close to family, staff are very polite 💖

Cons:

They don't have a lift so we always contact hotel and make sure we get a 1st floor room, as my partner has bad legs.

Pros:

Friendly staff, could not do enough for me. I had dinner and breakfast and the food was great at a reasonable price.

Cons:

A little dated and my room although very clean had a musty smell.

Did what it needed to do but probably wouldn't book again without checking elsewhere first.
Pros:

Staff were really accommodating, friendly and professional. Room was big enough. There was ample parking when we arrived. Plenty of space in the restaurant the next morning for breakfast.

Cons:

Limitations on the number of occupants in each room not explicitly shown on information from hotel or Booking.com, The breakfast wasn't the best. The cooked breakfast was bland and the sausages were not the best quality (it was free with my Genius level) The mattresses were uncomfortable both single and double options, either they are old or just poor quality to begin with.

I could not stay at the hotel, they have limited accessibility
Pros:

I could not access the room, the door frame was too small for my wheelchair.
I didn't have breakfast, because I did not stay at the hotel, so I cannot comment on this.
I could not stay in a hotel that was not accessible for me.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because it claimed to be wheelchair accessible.
When I arrived at the hotel, I was brought to the first floor with a stairlift, but when I got to the room the wheelchair could not enter in the room as the door frame was too small. My wheelchair is 20" wheelchair.
It was late and I had to find another hotel as I was not able to stay at Gainsborough hotel.
Furthermore the Hotel refused to refund me thanks to their no refund policy.
I do not recommend this hotel.

The location was suitable for carrying out local site visits.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The overall facilities of the hotel would easily cater for larger groups, but at the time of my stay were short of guests.

Cons:

The room and property looked tired in places and would score higher if a higher standard of finish was applied. The reception was not manned and required a phone call to attract their attention.

Terrible, awful, shocking... Should NOT be open!
Pros:

Nothing. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at and I work in hospitality.

Cons:

Everything. The place is dirty, disgusting, un maintained, the staff are useless and even the management or owners have no idea how to provide customer service. I have sent so many emails requesting someone to get hold of me and nothing.

Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming, I had a very pleasant stay for work (not far from central Kidderminster, Hoo Farm Industrial estate and the railway station are easily accessible). Breakfast was abundant and delicious. There's a 24h petrol station next door for midnight snacks.

Cons:

The TV didn't have a lot of channels, but I didn't need it.

We had a good stay overall, and would book again if prices were comparable to travelodge.
Pros:

The price was cheaper than travelodge and included complimentary breakfast.
Free parking.
The staff were very polite and helpful taking my bag to the room.

Cons:

The first impressions are important and the reception area needs a good re vamp and the doors need a good wet wash!
Also the bathroom door in our room needed a good wet wash!
