השירות הכי אדיב וטוב שנתקלתי בו. הצוות יצא מגדרו להנעים לנו את השירות.
לא הזמנו ארוחות אבל העומס בתור לחדר האוכל והמוסיקה החזקה בלובי בחמישי היו לא נעימים.
מיטות נוחות חדר מרווח אנשי צוות אדיבים,יש הופעות המלון כמעט כל ערב
אנחנו היינו עם בסיס ארוחת בוקר והייתה ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד לא כמו מלונות שעולים פי 3 אבל בהחלט תמורה יפה הולמת למחיר ששילמנו
שאין באמת חניה במלון חוץ מזה הסתדרנו
ארוחת בוקר טובה אך המגוון חוזר על עצמו.. חסר עמדות
ארוחת ערב דורשת שיפור מעט אפשרויות טובות של חלבון ..
המלון במיקום מרכזי בהליכה של 15 דק מכל קניון או מקום בילוי
עם הילדים באוגוסט פשוט לא היינו צריכים לעמוד בפקקים וחרשנו את העיר ברגל

Очень не понравилось, что вода в бассейне ледяная, все жаловались но подогрев так и не включили, зато когда мы выезжали, в бассейне включили подогрев.
Мы 4 дня в ледяной воде купались.
Прекрасный отель. Одыхаем не первый раз. Еда вкусная. Менеджер на ресепшене Шири потрясающая

המלון נחמד היו מלא חששות אבל הוא היה בסדר גמור

והצוות שמתקשר לפלאפון שלי ובודק איך אנחנו וזה מוערך מאוד
הבריכה קפואה ממש אי אפשר להיכנס ולשחות וזה מבאס מאוד במלונות אחרים זה ממש לא ככה וזה עוד עם החום של אוגוסט והחום של אילת חייב לעשות משהו בנידון זה נוראי וחבל שאין שחיות ליליות כמו בכול המלונות
הארוחת בוקר לא מגוונת בכלל!
הפנקייקים יבשים ממש הוופל בלגי יצא קר וקשה מאוד!
יש מישהי אחת על החביתות ובגלל שהיא ממהרת החביתות לא עשויות טוב
הניקיון לא משהו בכלל מצאנו מתחת לשטיח כרטיס שלא של החדרים שלנו אז מין הסתם שלא ניקו מתחת לשטיח ויש מלא שיערות ממליצה לאנשים לבוא עם מגבות מהבית כי המגבות מלאות סיבים טי אפשר להתנגב
יש דירוג גבוהה בבוקינג אבל ציפיתי ליותר
שילמתי מלא כסף ועוד בלי ארוחת ערב וציפיתי לקצת יותר.
המלון נחמד לא יותר מזה

בריכה קפואה! תמונות לא משקפות את המקום! לובי קטן לא מסכימים לילדים לרוץ לשחק בו! ישבתי לנוח בלובי נגשו אליי אמרו לי להוריד רגלים! לא בריכה לא לנוח בלובי לא לשחק! אז מה נשאר? הבנתי שהמלון נתן לילה מתנה למי שלקח 2 לילות אני לא קיבלתי! אשמח לפיצוי של לילה במקום אחר של הרשת
בזמן שבקשתי לקבל עוד זמן בציק אוט הנציגה האריכה עד השעה 4 ללא עלות
