הזמנו 2 סוויטות.. מיושן. אינו תואם לצילומים. ארון מטבח דלת שבורה, אריחים באמבטיה חלקם שבורים. מנעול הדלת מחוזק בניר דבק. בדכ מאוד מרוצים מרשת אטלס. הפעם אכזבה גדולה. עזבנו ב 8 בבוקר.

מחיר הוגן למלון :10!!!!!
Pros:

צוות נהדר! מרגע בואנו אמרו שנקבל גם ארוחת ערב למרות שההזמנה היתה ללא ארוחה!
לאחר מכן הביאו כיבוד נוסף לחדר המדהים והנקי !
המיקום מעולה!!
בריכת שחייה,מכון כשר,
ובנוסף: המלון מארח חיילים לארוחת ערב חינם אין כסף!
בקיצור : מומלץ מאוד!!!!!!

לא הכרתי לפני אבל לגמרי אחזור שוב

מלון חמוד מאוד ומתוחזק ברמה טובה.
ארוחת בוקר עם מבחר מצוין.
הגענו זוג עם ילד וכלבה - דאגו לכל מה שהיינו צריכים כולל עריסה לתינוק.
צוות המלון היה אדיב ורוצה לעזור.

מלון ממש חמוד וממוקם טוב.

שירות מצויין, במיוחד של שירה מהקבלה. בטלפון אין ממש מענה בקבלה, אבל המענה בוואטסאפ מהיר. שודרגנו מסטודיו לסוויטה עם מרפסת עי המלון. זה היה נפלא וקיבלנו ארוחת בוקר לפני שעזבנו עח המלון ממתא, מנהל הערב.
ארוחת הבוקר בהחלט משביעה [רצון :)]. חניה בחניון מצויינת.
כלבים מוזמנים בשמחה, בניגוד למלונות אחרים באילת.
אזור הספא מאד אינטימי ומזמין.

Cons:

תראו, המלון הוא כנראה אחד הלא יפים באילת, יש גם אתר בניה מאחורי הבריכה, שגרם לרעש ואבק.
מחיר לכלב לשהיה גבוה- 150 שח.
כשנכנסתי לחדר, השירותים לא היו נקיים ומברשת הניקוי גם.
בשבת אין ניקיון חדרים. רק החלפת מגבות.
המרפסת לא היתה נקיה.

Very nice place with wonderful staff and good food
Pros:

Good location, super friendly staff and willingness to do 120% for you, and actually doing more. For example - they upgraded us free of charge, just because they were able to, and because there was hard period for the whole country, and they really wanted to make our getaway even more relaxing. This is our second time there after 4 years, food was great back then, and now even better.
And the hotel is how after general renovation, looks good and maintaned well. I highly recommend this hotel and we’re going to be there more.

Cons:

Really, there was not something not to like.
