Não gostei do facto de o hotel não ter recepção 24h , não serei mais cliente deste tipo de hotéis com toda a certeza, e dada a entrada no hotel após as 20h não houve apoio ao cliente, só através de msg por WhatsApp mas que não resolveram nada.
Reservei lugar de estacionamento na garagem do hot, muito complicado para levar o carro até à porta de acesso à garagem pelo facto de as ruas estarem bloqueadas, além disso a garagem é super acanhada muito difícil de estacionar para não dizer impossível, e ninguém para dar apoio.
Muito ruído a partir das 7,30h no átrio da recepção, tive de me levantar e pedir para as pessoas que estavam lá fazerem menos barulho .
