Pros:

Even though there was some construction going on, room was super nice, surprising design and self check-in made it all super easy. I was staying with my 3 teenagers in a room with a seperate living room - plenty of room for all of us.

Cons:

Only thing that disapointed a little - breakast. Day before we stayed at 3*, where breakfast had bigger choice and fresher products. Maybe low season is the reason...

P. S. If considering booking 40€ underground parking, note that it is super small/narrow and could cause issues to claustrofobic people. Thanks to helpful staff, we found a public parking for 6€ a night in 8min walk.
