Pros:

Gera rami vieta, pačiame Vilniaus centre, gražis, švarus, erdvus kambarys.

Cons:

Užsakymas ir apmokėjimas buvo už tris asmenis, bet vonioje priemonės tik dviems asmenims, tik dvi taurės, du puodeliai arbatai ir du chalatai😒. Kambarinėms aiškiai trūksta atidumo, plaukų šampūnas padėtas prie kriauklės, o duše muilas rankoms plauti. Dušas stove nesilaiko "pavargęs" nulinksta link sienos, todėl maudantis reikia laikyti rankoje.

Lousy service and frankly fraudulent transactions

I like anything since the time of reservation and property handling reservation including customer service over the phone and accuracy of charges which were fraudulent by property due to miscommunication between booking.com and property management itself because seems like keeping travelers charges through homeless shelters social accounts

Расположение отеля хорошее. Кодовые замки от номеров - очень практично.В номерах было очень чисто.

Cons:

Я останавливалась в отеле вместе с маленьким ребёнком. Заселили в номер с неработающим вентилятором (его невозможно было выключить). Написала в поддержку,предложили переселить в несуществующий номер. После часа переписок и когда мой ребёнок уже очень замёрз, они всё-таки нашли другой номер,но вещи и детскую кроватку я должна была таскать сама тк в отеле нет персонала. Кроватка старая,неповоротливая,колёса не едут.
На фото новый номер,в который нас переселили,к нему претензий нет.
