online leek het een veel luxer hotel te zijn maar dit veel erg tegen ..... verder geen receptie dit is waardeloos en niet erg klant vriendelijk ........bij aankomst in het hotel dat was dus om 14 uur had ik iemand gevonden in kantoortje en vroeg of ik al me kamer op kon maar het antwoord was NEE maar om

Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, pas de fenêtre pour aérer, la clim était éteinte et donc je suais sans arrêt, malgré la présence des ventilateurs d'appoint.

A lovely, clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Its central setting makes it a great place to stay and explore Vilnius.

Cons:

Parking is a bit of an issue, as the hotel has very limited parking spaces, and street parking nearby is quite expensive.
The breakfast could also be better and has some space for improvement, considering the hotel's standard.

It doesn’t motivate me to go back.
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the receptionist was helpful and easy to communicate with.

Cons:

The restaurant on the ground floor played music so loudly that it was impossible to fall asleep before midnight. The following morning, there was so much noise outside our windows from 8:30 a.m. that it was also impossible to relax and get some rest.

The water in the bathroom sink barely flowed, which made it difficult to wash properly.

We visit Vilnius frequently, but this is the first time we have experienced such problems. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Viešbutis seniai neatitinka keturiu žvaigždučių statuso. Maksimum dvi. Kambaryje tvyrojo neaiškus kvapas, kurį buvo sunku išvedinti atidarius langa. Kiliminė danga nudėvėta ir plėmuota. Sienų tapetai apsilupę. Vonios durys aplūžę ir t.t. Istaigai verkiant reikia atnaujinimo.
