Cons:

The evening buffet was extremely disappointing and by far the worst I have experienced in a 5-star hotel. Much of the food was cold, dry and appeared stale, which was not what we expected given the standard of the hotel. The meal was so poor that neither of us finished our plates.

When we raised our concerns with management the following day, the only response offered was a 10% discount, which we felt did not adequately reflect the seriousness of the issue or our dissatisfaction with the dining experience.

Overall, the quality of the buffet fell well below the standards we would expect from a hotel of this calibre.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Had a great stay here as a family. Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds, Great pools, one with a fake beach which was a nice touch. Rooms were done very well, and the quality and range of food in the restaurants was very good (though we only went to the buffet and the Italian).

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our rooms came with access to the Haute Living lounge, which was really handy for a drink and a snack.

Very close to the marina which has a lot of shops, restaurants and bars, and the nearby beach is huge. Definitely recommend.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Fantastic, helpful staff. Amazing choices for breakfast. Facilities excellent and in a very convenient location. Gardens and surrounding areas very well kept.
All in all though, a great experience.

Cons:

Bedrooms are looking a little dated. Privacy screens on balconies would be a distinct advantage.The gymnasium would benefit from a few more benches and equipment.

Beautiful, peaceful and friendly hotel
Pros:

Love it here. The resort is beautiful and peaceful. There are plenty of places to relax, family areas and adults only areas. We had our daughter and granddaughter with us for the start of our stay and the staff were so lovely with the little one. We have been made to feel very welcome and valued. The whole resort is spotlessly clean. We travel a lot and this is our second visit to a Domes hotel (we went to Domes of Elounda in September last year) and we would certainly book any Domes again. Their staff certainly stand out as being particularly friendly. It is a short walk to the marina in the evening for dinner and easy access to the stunning beach. One of the pools is actually a man made beach and is perfect for children, though not noisy or busy.

Great Hotel, need to train the room service in order to be a real 5*
Pros:

Probably the best Resort close to the Marina. Very friendly and helpful staff at arrival and in the breakfast area. Nice pools, kids area and short walk to the beach.
Special adults only area within premises. Italian resturant good but pricey.
Rooms are ok but a little bit outdated, light could be better. Bathroom very dark and no electric plugs due to architectural stupidity shower stall facing the mirror. Room service needs better training. Coffee capsules and cream only replaced once, two days beds were not made.
10 minutes walk to the Marina quay with lots of restaurants, a few good but most of them full of tattoed mostly drunken tourists. Calling a taxi needs 30 minutes wait
