Overall, good for the price. The staff was friendly.
Pros:

A clean room, especially the sink and bathroom. The bed was comfortable. We slept well.

Cons:

The exterior door to our room was not tight. There was open space on the bottom and side. Spiders and other insects could easily enter the room even when the door is closed. I can't magine how it must be in winter when a cold wind is blowing from the north.

It was close to the campus

Cons:

The room was not very clean. The bedding had stains. The pillows were uncomfortable. I went and asked the staff for clean bedding, and they said they could get it for me in the morning kinda defeat the purpose. I was checking out in the morning not very happy.

The motel served its purpose, however I will look for another place the next time.
Pros:

Primarily the location and the price. The WiFi did work.

Cons:

The towels were way too small and not enough. The heat on the AC did not work at all and we had an unseasonably cold day for April. There was also an unpleasant (stale) odor in the room.
