My daughter recommended your hotel. It was great!! Clean, friendly and helpful staff, a SAUNA, clean, comfortable beds and delicious biscuits and gravy ~ will definitely stay here again!!
We arrived very late and very tired. The room was clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable and we fell asleep quickly. It was exactly what we were looking for.
The carpet has ripples indicating that the carpet needs to be stretched to avoid someone tripping.
Awesome place, friendly staff from check in to reception and breakfast. They upgraded our room. Location is great as well. We always check there first whenever we go to Boise.
Our stay started ok. Then our toilet backed up, they switched us rooms. The next room had the SAME EXACT PROBLEM. With toilet paper. Then our microwave blew up in the room and blew the power in our entire room. We had no microwave for the remainder of our stay, we were treated like we were doing something wrong because he originally was going to give us the first room with NO WORKING TOILET for my daughter. Then he took it away. How do you take it away from your kids and grandbaby on VALENTINES DAY!! You don’t. So we got them a room. He gave us a 50.00 discount on the room. Nothing really. Said he’d make it right. Then backed out of all of it. CHRIS THE GM IS A LIAR. I’ve stayed there so many times and ALWAYS been treated right. This was the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. All because he can’t stand on his word and make sure his guests are take care of. Even tried blaming the microwave on us like my husband ripped it off the wall. No it was on the counter when we walked in and when it fell apart, blew the power and wouldn’t open he carried it down to him before anything else came of it. Not to mention we went for the sauna and steam room and it was down, we were not informed. And the ice machine on our floor was broke. So we had to go upstairs for ice. This was our 2nd Valentines weekend there and would have been a tradition but it’s ruined now. He did not comp my room a penny. I won’t be returning. And you shouldn’t go either!
Everything was beautiful and clean! Staff was kind and welcoming. Beds were super comfortable! What more could you want?🤣🫶
The hotel is family friendly. The family suite was awesome. Grandkids loved the pool and breakfast. It is conveniently located with restaurants nearby. We will stay again.
I love Oxford suites and have stayed there on many occasions, the breakfast is better than any other hotel in my opinion and the beds are soft and comfortable along with the staff being great as usual. Unfortunately this time was not so great and as it usually is, I had the front staff call because apparently our tub was leaking and no more than an hour after I had them call again about a 911 call that we never made, on top of it all we had a noise neighbor that was going in and out all night with the tv blasting until 4 am.
The hotel is above average in cleanliness. The room was clean and comfortable, with separate tub and shower and a water closet, and an excellent staff.
However, the breakfast was a disappointment. Not as advertised. There were no omelets made to order, like one would find in other "really nice" hotels.
We got complimentary upgraded to a suite since our last stay wasn’t so peaceful due to being next to a family with lots of kids running up and down the halls slamming their door over & over, etc. so I mentioned it & this stay was so much more peaceful & not to mention super comfortable!! The fireplace , stove, two tvs , we truly enjoyed the suite that much more and will be renting that room next time! Breakfast as always was amazing , staff super nice , we always come to only this motel all around a great place to stay !!
Have loved to stay in the past at this hotel. This time we found that the breakfast options are significantly changed. This is really unfortunate! It will make me look around in the future at other hotel options.
Nice hotel, good prices, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, good location, pet friendly and great food next door!
Great location and a very well kept property! The staff were all very nice. I would definitely stay there again. Good value for the price.
Great stay at Oxford Inn & Suites Boise! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located, but the front desk woman was the real highlight. She was so friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to assist us; truly outstanding customer service. Because of her, our stay was even better. We’d definitely stay here again!
We have stayed here several times and always return when we go to Boise. Friendly staff clean rooms great breakfast
I specifically chose this place based on the pictures I saw of the breakfast and I can honestly say that it did not disappoint. Best hotel Breakfast I have had without spending $300-500 for a room.
My only issue was how much I was texted about staying there.
