Nicht zufrieden, große Enttäuschung nie wieder dort übernachten und nicht weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Es hat uns gar nichts gefallen. Das Badezimmer ist voll mit Schimmel befallen. Sehr alte Badewanne mit viel Flecken , an den Rändern viel Schimmel , Ekelhaft.sehr laut bis früh morgens von dem Nachtclub goExtraBlatt direkt am Hotel. Sehr schlecht bis 4.30 Uhr nachts ..Schwimmbad ist sehr dreckig, das Wasser ist nicht warm, die Schränke in den Umkleideräumen fat alle demoliert und funktionierten sie nicht. Der Sportraum ist an externe Leute geöffnet. Hotelgäste hatten kaum Möglichkeiten, zu trainieren. Alle Geräte sind Shen alt und schmutzig.
Die eine Sauna kaputt,
Die zweite Sauna nicht warm und das Holzliegen sind schmutzig, fleckig und brüchig.
Die Dampfsauna ist voll mit Haaren , es sah so aus , als hätte man dort wochenlang keine Reinigung durchgeführt.
Ich kannte das Hotel vor 22 Jahren als es Rixos hieß
Das war damals perfekt. Laut Fotos im Internet sollte es schön sein . Leider gelogen und bewusst falsch dargestellt. Es ist schlechter als eine zwei Sterne Hotel. Ich würde nie wieder dort übernachten und niemals weiterempfehlen. So eine schlechte Erfahrung habe ich nicht mal in Afrika gemacht .
Ich Reise viel und versuche immer das Beste Hotel auszusuchen.
Dieses Hotel ist ein Alptraum .
Der Preis ist für diese Leistung unverschämt.
Die Bade und Handtücher sind verbraucht..

Cons:

Alle Zimmer müssen kernsaniert werden
Schwimmbad, Saunen , umkleide Kabinen , Sportraum, Massage Räume müssen saniert/ renoviert werden.
Es war alles unglaublich schlecht.
Das Essen war einigermaßen ok.

Pros:

Het is geen hotel met een danceclub maar een danceclub met een hotel. Van 22u tot 4u overheerst door de hele omgeving harde muziek. Ik verbleef op de 23 etage en dacht dat het geluid van de rooftop op de 25e kwam maar het geluid komt van beneden en is in het hele hotel tehoren. Om 2.30u ben ik vertrokken, hele nacht niet kunnen slapen van de herrie. Ik vroeg om compensatie maar bij de balie werd gezegd daar kunnen we niet aan beginnen. Elke dag is de club open en hebben hotelgasten hier last van. Als je wilt slapen kom dan niet naar dit hotel!

Hotel is good value, room was spacious but quite tired, with some fixtures basically falling to bits. The main issue was the noise from the two nearby bar/ nightclubs. Really loud until at least 2, 3 in the morning. Just extremely odd having clubs nearby what is clearly not a holiday resort Hotel.
The breakfast was also quite an experience, well presented and lot's of choice, most of which was barely edible. For another taste, it might of been okay, but i struggled to find a single thing that i could deal with. It's a great Hotel, but needs a major refurbishment and the attached bars should stop serving at midnight or at least keep the music to less than deafening. Alas, I won't be returning, the lack of sleep was not acceptable.

Everything was good. The room was very comfortable with the main facilities inside. Unfortunately we had to leave very early in the morning to get a plane so we couldn't have the chance to use the big swimming pool and the restaurant service..

The property is located centrally.

Cons:

The AC wasnt working. You cannot set the temperature in the room. The room was very hot and uncomfortable. The wifi kept cutting in and out. The hotel is very old. When we asked the staff for help they kept promising us someone would come to the room and fix it but nobody ever turned up. We asked at least 5 times over the two nights. We couldn’t wait to leave. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
