Important information:

**Reception Hours and Contact Information**

Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00. An emergency contact number is available for urgent matters outside of these hours.

**Key Collection and Self-Check-In Process**

Keys must be collected from the left side of the Ocean Apartments reception, located on the ground floor of Block C at 2 Western Harbor Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN.

Ocean Apartments operates on a self-check-in basis. Guests are required to:

- Submit a valid form of photo identification via email.
- Complete a £100 security deposit pre-authorization per apartment using the provided link. Please note, this is a virtual hold; the amount will be frozen on your account but not charged.

Guests must contact the management team at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange the self-check-in process. Check-in instructions will only be issued once all requirements have been fulfilled.

**Group Bookings Policy**

Ocean Apartments maintains a strict *No Group* policy. We do not accept bookings for certain groups, including single-sex parties, hen, and stag groups. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline bookings from guests residing in EH postcodes and surrounding areas.

**Children's Facilities**

A child's high chair and/or travel cot can be provided upon request and subject to availability.
Please note: bed linen is not supplied for cots.

**Housekeeping**

Please be aware that daily housekeeping is not provided. A weekly cleaning service is available for stays of 7 nights or longer.

**Additional Information**

- Breakfast packs are not available.
- Smoking on-site is strictly prohibited and will incur an additional charge of £200.
- This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.

Spacious, warm and very comfortable. Great use of space, and no outside noise or from other apartments. Office staff friendly and helpful.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Einrichtung. Schöne Lage in der Nähe des Wassers, Bushaltestelle gleich in der Nähe. Gute Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Der Check-In war einfach und problemlos, toller Service von Oceans Appartements abends beim kurzfristigen Buchen, weil unsere andere Unterkunft nicht verfügbar war. Alles war super, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Für einen Städtetrip mit Freunden oder Familie nach Edinburgh sehr gut.
Pros:

Die Lage war in Ordnung, Supermarkt zu Fuss zu erreichen, der Bus in die Stadt fährt 3 min. zu Fuss regelmässig. Beachtet bitte wann der letze Bus zurück in die Unterkunft fährt.
Das Aoartement war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten komfortabel. Heizung hat gut funktioniert.

Exceptional apartment
Pros:

Excellent apartment, clean, well equipped, easy access into Edinburgh, number 11 bus stops right outside and very cheap to go in and out to the city all day and night in about 20 minutes, location is great with the brittania boat straight across from them , I would 100% recommend these apartments will definitely be back ,staff very helpful

An excellent choice for access to Edinburgh and surrounding areas
Pros:

What a fantastic apartment for family to rent. Lots of space and has everything you need.
Everything was exceptionally clean, which is a huge bonus.
The location is excellent, being very close to a bus stop that takes you straight to parts of the city centre in 25 to 30 mins.
Great views as well.
It was quiet, which is perfect, no noisy neighbours or anything as such.
Very easy instructions for accessing the apartment, and free underground parking also a huge benefit.

Cons:

The only shame was the cost of early check-in, which I thought was quite hefty at £50 extra so we decided not to take this option. This meant leaving our car nearby with all our stuff in, and making our way into town before coming back and checking in after 4pm, this was a pain for us but not the end of the world.

Lokacija je bila odlična. Dve minuti stran je avtobusna postaja. Trgovina je v bližini (10 min hoje) in je odprta 24/7. Sobe so bile čiste, dnevni prostor prostoren.

Cons:

Vsa vrata si protipožarna in se avtomatično zapirajo, tako da težko prezračiš stanovanje, v katerem pa je bilo (kljub zaprtim radiatorjem) zelo vroče zaradi velikih oken.
