Important information:

**Reception Hours and Contact Information**

Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00. An emergency contact number is available for urgent matters outside of these hours.

**Key Collection and Self-Check-In Process**

Keys must be collected from the left side of the Ocean Apartments reception, located on the ground floor of Block C at 2 Western Harbor Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN.

Ocean Apartments operates on a self-check-in basis. Guests are required to:

- Submit a valid form of photo identification via email.
- Complete a £100 security deposit pre-authorization per apartment using the provided link. Please note, this is a virtual hold; the amount will be frozen on your account but not charged.

Guests must contact the management team at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange the self-check-in process. Check-in instructions will only be issued once all requirements have been fulfilled.

**Group Bookings Policy**

Ocean Apartments maintains a strict *No Group* policy. We do not accept bookings for certain groups, including single-sex parties, hen, and stag groups. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline bookings from guests residing in EH postcodes and surrounding areas.

**Children's Facilities**

A child's high chair and/or travel cot can be provided upon request and subject to availability.
Please note: bed linen is not supplied for cots.

**Housekeeping**

Please be aware that daily housekeeping is not provided. A weekly cleaning service is available for stays of 7 nights or longer.

**Additional Information**

- Breakfast packs are not available.
- Smoking on-site is strictly prohibited and will incur an additional charge of £200.
- This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

Beautiful modern apartment. Great views. Location outside of central Edinburgh but that’s what we wanted. The #11 bus is just outside the door and takes you near Waverly Station and close to the Royal Mile. Asda grocery a short walk away. Royal Yacht Britannia close by.

Cons:

Asking deposit and taking long to give back or policy not enough transparency. A lot of missing in the apartment. Not a way to leave doors open inside, nothing done to make the apartment more friendly and feel the customers welcomed

Roomy with a nice kitchen and very good parking.

Cons:

Put off by the correspondence. We were sent 5 emails asking for a copy of our ID. I sent in a copy every time but it never seemed to be received. All emails seemed to be electronically generated. Also put off by having to give a 100pound deposit. Pretty far from the city but close to public transport.

Pros:

Location is some distance away from central Edinburgh, therefore providing a quiet environment for our stay. A 20-min bus ride is available that will bring u to the heart of Edinburgh. The unit was huge with planty of space and came with a seaview (we had a level 5 unit) . Overall, a pleasant stay.
