**Reception Hours and Contact Information**
Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00. An emergency contact number is available for urgent matters outside of these hours.
**Key Collection and Self-Check-In Process**
Keys must be collected from the left side of the Ocean Apartments reception, located on the ground floor of Block C at 2 Western Harbor Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN.
Ocean Apartments operates on a self-check-in basis. Guests are required to:
- Submit a valid form of photo identification via email.
- Complete a £100 security deposit pre-authorization per apartment using the provided link. Please note, this is a virtual hold; the amount will be frozen on your account but not charged.
Guests must contact the management team at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange the self-check-in process. Check-in instructions will only be issued once all requirements have been fulfilled.
**Group Bookings Policy**
Ocean Apartments maintains a strict *No Group* policy. We do not accept bookings for certain groups, including single-sex parties, hen, and stag groups. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline bookings from guests residing in EH postcodes and surrounding areas.
**Children's Facilities**
A child's high chair and/or travel cot can be provided upon request and subject to availability.
Please note: bed linen is not supplied for cots.
**Housekeeping**
Please be aware that daily housekeeping is not provided. A weekly cleaning service is available for stays of 7 nights or longer.
**Additional Information**
- Breakfast packs are not available.
- Smoking on-site is strictly prohibited and will incur an additional charge of £200.
- This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.

Nice apartment, located near the docks. Easy to get into the city via the number 11 bus. Good parking. The executive apartment had great views.
I loved the apartments, and I like the 11 bus stop right down the block. It was clean and quiet. I would stay again!
The hallway off the elevator had a musty smell.

Our apartment was extremely comfortable with everything you need, and was spotlessly clean. Also, the bus into the city centre is only a three minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
One small thing…..there are lots of doors!

Accommodation was spacious, pretty quiet, very clean and although a distance from the city centre, was well serviced by buses and trams.
Secure parking was a bonus.
The accommodation felt tired in places and in need of a refresh.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Everything was comfortable and well organised.
The service was excellent — the team was always available and very responsive. They guided us through the self check-in process, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
We also accidentally left some food behind, and the team kindly checked it and confirmed that it was only food and nothing important was left, which we really appreciated.
