La mejor opción de Brujas
Pros:

EL hotel muy bonito y acogedor. El personal simpatico y agradable. La ubicación inmejorable, cerca del centro y con la parada de bus al lado. La habitación era increible por las vistas, pequeña pero estuvimos muy agusto. La cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

Nada, todo perfecto. Solo hay que tener en cuenta el edificio que es si vas con maletas grandes, no tiene ascensor y los pasillos son estrechos.

Bizi aynı segmentte başka bir otelde ağırladılar. A'dan Z'ye muhteşem kalite ve konfor sunan bir oteldi. Brugge şehri ve Otel birbirinden güzeldi. Odamız ve banyosu çok genişti. Banyo malzemeleri Atelier Rebul İstanbul ürünleriydi. Yatağı, mobilyaları ve iç dekorasyonu hem çok zevkli hem de çok kaliteliydi. Odada Brugge çikolatası ve ve başka bir çeşit tatlı paketi ikramları vardı. Kahvaltısı efsaneydi. Ürünler bir otel kahvaltısına göre çok çok lezzetli ve özenle seçilmiş sağlıklı yiyeceklerden oluşuyordu. Peynir çeşitleri, taze meyveler, taze sıkılmış meyve suları, kendimizin yapımına sunulmuş omlet barı, çok lezzetli hamur işleri, ( kruvasan yediklerimin en güzeliydi ) et ürünleri ve şampanya...vs. Aceleye getirmeden keyifle yapılacak güzellikte bir kahvaltıydı. Konaklamaya kahvaltıyı dahil etmenizi şiddetle tavsiye ederim. bir sonraki Brugge seyahatimi bu olağanüstü oteldeki müsaitlik durumuna göre ayarlayacağım.

Beautiful hotel in a medieval building
Pros:

Very nice hotel and room. The medieval building causes a bit steep staircase and creaky floor but this belongs to such a hotel. Very good breakfast. Ideal location for exploring the center of Brugge. Near to the train station.

Perfect location, but disappointing room experience
Pros:

First of all, I was glad to find availability, as my original accommodation canceled just 2 days before check-in.
The hotel is located in a very nice traditional building, and the location is perfect, right in the old town and about a 15-minute walk from the train station, with easy access to all main attractions.
The receptionist was very kind, and I appreciated having free tea/coffee and cookies available anytime in the breakfast room.
I was also grateful for the early check-in, as I arrived tired after my journey.
I also appreciated that they paid attention to my request and tried to offer me a room with a shower instead of a bathtub.

Cons:

Although I changed rooms, I didn’t like either of them, they don’t justify the “superior room” label or the €150/night price in March.
The first room (100) was nicer but located on the ground floor facing the garden, with no windows, only a door opening directly outside. The bathroom also had no window or ventilation. The room had an unpleasant smell, very little natural light, and no privacy, so I requested a change.
The second room (104) was upstairs but in a separate building accessed through the garden. Reaching it involved climbing narrow stairs (see photo), which can be difficult with large luggage. The room was small, quite outdated, and not shown in the photos. I also had issues with hot water on the first night.
Although the room was cleaned daily, better attention to cleanliness is needed, and the pillows feel old and worn.
I chose this room because it had windows in both the bedroom and bathroom, allowing ventilation, more natural light, and better privacy.

Soggiorno in dimora storica nella storica Brugge
Pros:

Posizione centrale ed a soli 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, gentilezza ed ospitalità dello staff che ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno. Anche la colazione è stata soddisfacente e buona anche la pulizia di tutti gli ambienti.

Niente, non ce l’ascensore perché è un palazzo d’epoca e ci è piaciuto così
