Pros:

Şehre çok uzaktı şehir merkezine gitmek için önce Uber ile metro istasyonuna gitmeniz gerekiyor sonrasında da metro ile yarım saat sürede şehir merkezine ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Yolculuk toplamda yaklaşık 1 saat sürüyor

Just okay. I wanted to get partial refund for cancellation of prepaid but was declined.
Pros:

parking is easy

Cons:

Some of the facility was closed and/or run down (carpet on 14 floor has multiple stains in hallway), not sure why we were assigned an accessible room on the 7th fl (we do not have special needs), and both days housekeeping did not replenish the towels. The pool was Closed. The conference room restrooms have cracked/broken tiles. Lights on the word WESTIN on building need bulb replacing.

Gem of a Property with Great Team Members
Pros:

I have stayed at this Westin several times and usually need to book early. The reason? Its a great place to stay. Every stay I have had at the property has been outstanding, from the check-in process, quality of the room, Westin club, etc.

During my latest stay, I checked in on my birthday and was told happy birthday by the friendly person behind the counter - completely unsolicited. That was only to be outdone by a bump to a junior suite at no cost and a slice of birthday cake/card waiting for me in the room.

Another example of a worldwide chain that is represented by great employees. Will definitely be back.

Overall it was pleasant.
Pros:

The location is great - very conveniently located. The lobby was beautiful! The staff were very efficient and friendly. The shower in the restroom was amazing.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't anything special. Could use more hot dishes. The eggs were very dry - thinking they were powdered eggs? The room was outdated - the furniture very dingy, scratched, and heavily used. The room could really use an update and has outlived its value.

Stinky smelly dated Westin
Pros:

Upgraded to a suite due to status. Entire room smelled like sewage. Asked to change rooms and second room smelled so badly of mildew I should have asked to move a third time. Dated, peeling wallpaper, linens smelled like mildew. I will not stay here again.

Good room and flexible checkin/checkout
Pros:

We stayed here one night for a wedding. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy.

They were flexible with both checkin and checkout. We checked in at 11am and left at 1pm the next day. We reallyyyy appreciated that.

I will say that the cleaning lady’s tried to enter the room like 3 times while we were there.
One time I was actually partially undressed and one entered the room without knocking.

They canceled my booking and moved me to a 3 star hotel hahaha
Pros:

After having booked more than 2 weeks ago for a business trip, I arrived today to check in after a 15 hour flight from Dubai and they told me that because it was overbooked, they took the liberty to book me in another 3 star motel!
Overbooked? They dont know how to manage reservations? I have a booking since more than 2 weeks ago.
Liberty of booking me in a 3 star hotel? I didnt fly from dubai for a business trip to stay in that quality - at least it should be something comparable!
I stayed here before and gave it a 3/5. I tried to give them another chance this time as I had colleagues staying in this hotel. Never again! Dodged a bullet i guess.

Pros:

The staff was above and beyond professional and friendly.
The restaurant was exceptional. I enjoyed a wonderful meal at the bar.
I thought I lost a ring and they responded immediately to look for it and called me back even when they did not find it. Instead of saying we will call you if we find it. I later found it in my suitcase.
