As piscinas e o exterior do hotel
Péssimo em termos de alimentação, funcionários péssimos. Não tínhamos lençóis nem colcha para nos tapar, tive de ameaçar chamar a polícia e escrever no livro de reclamações, era inadmissível ter 3 crianças sem uma manta para as tapar onde ae noites ainda são frias.
Les piscines sont très bien, y’en a plusieurs et on s’amuse bien dans les toboggans, et il y a même une piscine à l’écart pour ceux qui veulent du calme.
L’hôtel est grand , propre et il y’a pas mal d’animation
L’hôtel est très bruyant surtout au niveau de la restauration.
On dirait qu’on est dans une cantine où tout le monde parle à haute voix, on s’entend même pas quand on se parle.
La nourriture était plus aux moins variés mais pas de bonne qualité.
On faisait la queue pour tout: pour rentrer au restaurant, à l’intérieur pour utiliser la machine à café et même pour se servir, que ça soit Pdj ou repas.
Le personnel n’était pas très agréable surtout le chef de restaurant, il nous a carrément viré du PDJ parce qu’on a un peu dépassé sur le temps de fermeture. Et il nous a même proposé de s’installer autour dune table sale, non encore nettoyer, quand on lui a dit , elle nest pas encore nettoyer il nous répond y’a bcp de monde alors on a pas le temps de tout nettoyer.

La habitación tiene muchos signos de desgaste y el baño era muy pequeño.
La comida
La habitación deja mucho que desear, moho en el baño, marchas de suciedad en el vater, tanto el lavamanos como la ducha no sale agua porque está obstruida por la cal, pedí cuna y no la pusieron.
Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet , a kislányom születésnapjáról is megemlékeztek .
Alapjában véve nem volt problémánk .

Evening entertainment could have been better staff work very hard however caters for young children but going away with children in the 9 to 26 age bracket not much for them

Los trabajadores un 10 tanto los del comedor como los del bar como las chicas de limpieza como los animadores
No es que no me gustase pero podría aver más variedad de comida desayuno y cena
El alojamiento es una opción bastante buena si vas con niños! Tiene mucha opciones de diversión para niños, también para adultos! Y buena comunicación si piensas moverte a alguna cala.
