Bed was soft & hot, room very dated, rarely is there anyone by front desk, breakfast takes the prize for "the worst I've ever seen. Pathetic actually with no meat, no eggs, just a waffle & 1 type of "kids cereal". For $210 it is the worst value in my entire life & I travel a lot both domestic & foreign. When I called hotel direct, they wanted $330 for 1 night, had to go thru Hotel.com to get the "bargain price" of $210. No intention to ever go back there. Parking lot ful of Texas vehicles plus 7 shuttle vans. Almost looks like some type of illegal operation.

My stay was ok. No kleenex in the room. Toilet tissue wasn't the softest. No body lotion either.
Breakfast closed down before 9.

Very disappointed. Ended up paying over $200 for room that was damp and smelled very musty. USB charging plug did not work, the Direct TV kept losing its signal, there were no tissues in the room, not enough towels for two people, and only half a roll of toilet paper. There were also gnats in the room and common area. Expecting a real continental breakfast, there was only dry cereal, toast and bananas. And the vending machines and elevator were out of order. Would have expected issues like these for $80, but definitely not at $200. Do not stay here until they get these issues resolved!

Well I went to inquire about checking in at 12:45. A little early but parking lot was empty. I then noticed that this place was not just a hotel but had residents living there. It was not very clean and had some interesting people loitering around. I then tried to cancel my reservation as I did not feel comfortable staying there. They would not let me cancel , thus I had to dispute the charge on my cc.

Very nice staff, but the beds and bedding were terribly uncomfortable.

The toilet was broken. The sink would not drain. There was a slight odor.

Went next door for breakfast. Returned at 9:25 am to find someone else moved in our room and our belongings removed. Check out is 11:00 and check in is 2:00. Thought I was goi g to have to call police to get my belongings back. Very poor customer service. Plus no amenities.

Nice place very clean makes you feel comfortable and it’s quiet that’s what you need in a good hotel

Mold in the shower. Un-vacuumed floors. Stained furniture.

Good parking, elevator, quiet. Charged and extra 20 for 2 beds when travocity showed the king room and the 2 queens cost the same.

Friendly family management. Clean, if a bit dated. Ho hum breakfast.

The hotel owner changed the reservation and attempted to charge a higher price than what was reserved on Travelocity. He then refused to let us check in. I called Travelocity to resolve the matter and the owner was not honest with Travelocity representive and stated that I had cancelled the reservation. Two other hotel guest were in the lobby and will attest that I agreed to accept the modified reservation at the higher price.

Some staff not nice, somewhat rude

Very friendly staff. Older hotel but very clean. Breakfast selection was limited but did have a waffle station.

We could not change channels on the tv. It was set on one channel which is not acceptable .
