My room was clean and relaxing which is the most important thing for me.

I only caught the breakfast 1 day of my trip but it pretty good.

Cons:

My room tv remote was dirty and didn't work very well. I did report this to the hotel staff.

Everything was great & staff wore name tags. Breakfast was delicious & well monitored.
Pros:

All the staff were consistently pleasant.

Cons:

There weren’t any markings on the doors, a sign out front, or a building logo that identified the property was a “Hampton Inn.”

Somehow we were locked out of room when we came bk from the concert. Couldn’t change in to comfortable clothes or shower. Waited at least an hour or so to get it and nope front desk young lady couldn’t fix it. However she gave us a different room but again we didn’t have what we needed and wanted for the night. Could have been better. Hot tub outside wasn’t working either

I was comfortable, nothing to really complain about but the bathrooms

The staff made the stay honestly, they were really sweet and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom was terrible, leaky faucet, running toilet, shower grout was very used and there was black stuff within the shower area, poor lighting and just all around kinda old
