Pros:

Perfect location for our needs being close to galaxy cinema and costco. Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Cigarette burns in the blankets, tub and tables. Definitely in need of minor updates.
We had planned a getaway staycation and were unable to connect firestick to the TV

Totally disgusting service!!!!
Pros:

Never had a chance to see anything at this facility. Their front desk was not able to direct me to the facility! I had to sleep in a my car in a parking lot!!!

The staff are very friendly

Cons:

There’s too much drug activity and sketchy people roaming around at night between the bottom row of rooms. Stepping out to your truck and seeing people smoking meth was a big turn off. Unfortunate because the room was clean and the staff are great.

Low standards of cleanliness.
Cons:

Smell of mold and smoke, never been offered a room cleanup, towel change, or even toilet paper.
I put my garbage bags out the door myself, and it took the crew 3 days to pick it up from there.
