I got there to find that she didn’t have my reservation or a room so I had to book elsewhere then tried to charge my card knowing I didn’t have a room and they had no vacancy

No towels in bathroom
Went to report the issue No one at desk went to desk after I returned to hotel and told them the issue I had I was given towels and nothing else

Honestly, I'll be staying somewhere else next time I'm in town.
Pros:

The location was fine. The rest of the hotel was a bit... underwhelming. The bathtub fixtures were not entirely attached to the wall - an example.

Cons:

3 people behind the desk while I was there and 2 were quite rude.
$50/room fee was added as well as a $5/day parking fee - not mentioned anywhere until I got there.
NO RESPONSE from emailing them.
