Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights and it stated linens were changed every other day. We never had our linens changed. I had to find people to get us fresh towels.
Room was very warm at night even though thermostat was on 68. Pretty much blew warm air the entire night. Very uncomfortable to sleep.
Breakfast a hectic with 2 softball teams plus addition guests there. Couldn’t get breakfast one morning it was so crowded

Pros:

We had an early morning flight, before breakfast hours. You front desk attendant was kind enough to find us some bananas to take. She was exceptional, I only wish I had her name.

Not comfortable. Strange parking fee for middle of industrial area. No thanks
Pros:

New hotel so decor is nice. Breakfast good

Cons:

Even though the room i booked showed a comfortable chair in the room, the room had PLENTY of open space for a chair (heck, 3 would fit!) but nowhere to sit other than one hard desk chair. I had several hours of work to do on a laptop- sitting in bed is NOT comfortable.
Also- after I checked in I got a text from staff asking how everything was- I politely inquired about the missing chair- got ZERO response. Maintenance guy told me the only rooms that have them are “suites”. So you need a suite to have a place to sit. I stay in Roanoke monthly, sometimes more- crossed this hotel off my list immediately.

This new to me brand looks fresh and clean
Pros:

The building was fresh, comfortable, clean, parking was secure feeling but located right next to an empty complex gave sketchy vibes. Our son's sporting event was canceled unexpectedly. We ended up not staying and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful securing a cancelation. Very friendly and understanding. I will give this brand a go again.

Cons:

The location wasn't terrible, just the empty complex next door with a security fence felt sketchy. Everything else was superb about the facility, clean, well staffed etc.
